Wonderful learning experience! The instruction focused on true chiropractic philosophy and technique. All instructors were willing to help with questions and welcomed case discussion. You will never leave hungry and the food was delicious!!!

This was a great experience with fun instructors. The hands on experience that was offered was amazing in the 5week course. Robbie always cooked the best food for us that was fresh, healthy and kept our brains in top form for class. Couldn't saying anything bad about the OFA course.

I recently finished the summer session and it surpassed my highest expectations. The education was very informative, appropriately challenging, comprehensive, and filled in a lot of holes that were lacking from chiropractic school. I feel knowledgeable, confident and proud. The instructors are all DVMs or DC's with guest speakers that have specialized degrees in neurology, etc. Classes are informational, funny, and have the ultimate respect for, and consent of, the animal. They have a lot of educational models and many animal skeletons so that you can practice and also visualize the anatomy. One of the best benefits for hands-on experience is that the dogs and horses come to you at the school, so there is no travel required for hands-on experience. Extra hands-on practice is also set up throughout the week. Robbie makes the breakfast and lunches and she is a fantastic cook. There are several choices everyday for lunch including big healthy salads and fruit and always something warm and from scratch/home cooked, from pulled pork sandwiches, fajitas, burgers... to afternoon snacks of homemade brownies, various coffee cakes, peach cobbler... In 5 weeks I don't think we repeated a single lunch and my belt definitely got a little tighter during that time! An added bonus was being able to "chiro jam" with other classmates during breaks and we all got to learn from each other's different backgrounds. This group has been doing this education for a very long time; they are very organized, know what works, and it shows. I very highly recommend Options.

Wonderful experience learning to become an animal chiropractor after graduating chiropractic school. I did the 5 week course and it was an intense program but with lunches and leisure areas provided it was manageable and engaging. I would highly recommend to any DVM or DC interested in becoming an animal chiropractor to go to options!

Nice facility, many good instructors with different perspectives. They are very passionate about what they teach here and caring. This course does require some time to practice and study between modules, but it is very doable. This course and materials provided prepared me well for the IVCA certification exam.

What an amazing experience learning Animal Chiropractic !! Options for Animals is the only choice for the most complete and well rounded program. I would do this program over again just for the opportunity to learn from the seasoned doctors, both Chiropractic and Veterinarian. Thank you for everything

Lot of good information to learn about animals here. The teachers are very nice and take the time that you needed to understand. I m coming from France and the people are foreign friendly and the instructors are patient with different languages.

Options for Animals was a fantastic experience. I did the 5 week summer program and the teachers, classmates, and food were amazing. The school can help find housing if you are concerned about where to stay.

I just completed the Essentials 5 Week Accelerated Program, and I am very impressed with the quality and in-depth level of education Dr. Heidi and her team of wonderful instructors delivered. The school is a very up to date facility with a spacioius classroom, lab/study room, dissection room, clean indoor barn, student lounge with a kitchen/cafeteria and outdoor eating areas. The collaboration between veterinarians and chiropractors is remarkable in both professions equally contributing their expertise to each other. From the first moment I begin communication with Options for Animals, it was clear they are a well run and organized school. I felt adequately prepared for taking the AVCA and IVCA Board Exams, and to also immediately begin treating horses and dogs upon returning home. Dr. Heidi and her team are very dedicated to creating a warm, friendly and encouraging learning environment. They spent countless hours helping each student fully comprehend the knowledge and skills needed to begin a career in Animal Chiropractic. I am eternally grateful to Options for Animals!

Great place for vets and chiros for learning to deliver specific vertebral adjustments to animals. The technique is logical; it is derived from proven human chiropractic techniques. The brain is boiling with new informations and therefore requires extra energy; for that, Robbie puts out a delicious breakfast and dinner with the all-veggies option. This is THE course to take. The original animal chiropractic program developed by the founder of modern animal chiropractic- Sharon Willoughby, every other course is an imitation. Don’t be tempted by cheaper online choices; the personal interactions and hands on experience set this course apart from all the others. The instructors come in from every part of the country and different backgrounds- DC’s and DVM’s, small animal and large animal. If you want t REALLY learn animal chiropractic this is the course that will change how you practice.
