Franklin County District Court

These guys have been pretty decent officers and probation officers to M.E. so far. Seems like they are being very helpful.

The ladies at the district court were very informative and helpful.

They will not provide you with the info you request due process is a joke they ignore objections and deny motions that are timely filed but court is scheduled before your time to file is up they change judges they do not inform pro se litigants of where they can find legal information to defend themselves plaintiffs never even half to appear at court even when defendants request that the injured party comes forth as a witness to their claims against you and testify that you have injured or wronged them or even come forward and swear what they say is true or half to prove their case it’s a big who knows who and if you can’t afford an attorney then you will not be heard they do t care they didn’t even call my name or speak to me at the first hearing ignored my objectes to plaintiffs motion to appear remotley after I demanded the injured party come forward lied and said I didn’t object filed plaintiffs motions like it was a trial instead of amswer hearing which they did not request to appear remotley or to not appear at only at pre trial was what they had filed the motion to continue and appear remotley for not fir the answer hearing but then they gave them a default judgment because we stated that without them coming forward to testify and state their injuries or what harm we have caused then we could not provide an answer to something we didn’t understand but they received default judgment with damages set for later date to our home plus issues a 10,000 dollar supercedeous bond for us to even appeal all after my objections motions filed stating I was never address at court to a answer even though I was there and so much more corrupt

They never answer the phone! I’ve called numerous times with no answer!
