Brad has been my insurance agent for several years and his great service has met all of my insurance needs. Brad is very thorough and detail oriented which makes me very comfortable with the service he provides. I know he is always willing to work for me and shop for the best coverage and price out there. I have recommended several people to Brad who now use his services and they are as pleased as I am.

After hearing all of the insurance problems after the derecho in 2020, I was a bit nervous about my claims. Brad was super responsive in getting people to my house and the people that came to our house as adjusters were professional and very quick. There was no fighting or arguing everything went very smoothly and went very quickly. Brad has always been an excellent agent and is always very responsive. He represents some very good companies and our home insurance was IMT.There’s nothing negative to say about my experience with Brad or the I am T group. Give them a try they are fantastic.
