We had the best experience with both Jim Rausenberger, the sales manager, and our installer Neff Lopez with Straight Edge Flooring. We had tile and carpeting installed in many rooms. They were all so friendly, helpful and we had no issues or problems with our order, getting scheduled, and our installation was so professional and well done. They were great to work with, had nice sales and great folks to get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended for new floors you go this route!

We enjoyed working with Brian & Bill when we picked out our new flooring. They were friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.
There were a few hiccups along the way that were out of their control. In the end they made it right and we're happy with the outcome.

I work here, the team is so very close and all of us are very customer oriented and focused. Our manager Bryan, works his butt off, helping with measures and whatever any of us or our customers need. It doesn't hurt that our store is so beautiful and we all love our jobs.

This was an excellent experience from selecting my floors thur installment. My salesman was helpful and very patient. The installation guys were a joy to work with. I'm so very happy with my new floors!

We can’t say enough nice things regarding our recent purchase. Picking carpet can be very difficult when you know it’s going to be down for a long time and you are spending your hard earned money. We spent months picking out our carpet. The sales team was super patient with us and took the time to educate us about the pros and cons of different carpet types. We ultimately got a great deal and carpet that we will love for years to come. We are so happy with it that we are going to put the same carpet in the rest of the house.

Was thinking I was going to ask for the impossible to re-carpet some stairs before the holidays on short notice but they did it! Helpful staff to pick out the right carpet and I was able to get a remnant that saved some money. Went in on Saturday and it was installed on Monday so I am very happy!
