I am grateful for what this congregation has done for me! My father was an emotionally immature man, very volatile, and suffering feelings of inadequacy. All while I was growing up. He really didn't know how to love.

But this congregation took him in, anyway, and gave him a sense of importance and purpose that he values so highly! Best of all, the doctrine they follow has compelled him to cut all ties with my brothers and I. So that we are free to live, and heal, and grow as people. We don't feel the bullying anymore. It's not that he's healed, it's not that he knows how to love -- but he doesn't have to, now. They have taught him to love only what God loves, and they have also taught him to hate what God hates. So, he can just copy God's feelings now.

It's really good knowing that he's fulfilled and living his own life, in his own way. It seems like this is where he belongs. I think he's having a fantastic retirement.

I'm grateful to everyone of this congregation for helping him to feel like he's really making a difference in this world. The JW curriculum is simple, black and white, easy to follow, and it basically tells you exactly how you should be feeling about everything. Without that, I can't imagine how he would cope with the reality of the genuine feelings people have.

Thanks for taking my father in, you really are all saints! 😃
