Excellent service. Our plumbing had an urgent issue—there was water coming back up through the downstairs bathtub and shower due to a blockage. I called them at 1:45pm today and they were here at 3:05pm. I live in Crescent City and they came all the way down from Brookings in that time. Amazing response time.

The gentleman who helped me was named Brian and he was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a ton of gunk surrounding our sewage line outside and he even cleaned that up for me despite that not being one of their services.

I strongly recommend using them if you're in a pinch. Kind of blown away by how fast and effective their service was—this is unfortunately a rarity here in Del Norte.

Excellent customer service! Just had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any business or service I've used. The gentleman, Junior, I believe was his name, super courteous & polite, most importantly he was thorough, in his job & in communication. He took his time explaining & made sure we understood the problem we were having & what needed to be done to fix it. A real asset to the company & it's name. I don't often recommend a business to anyone, but I will for sure be recommending Junior at Roto-Rooter! Thanks so much!

Nearly 900$ to pump an average size tank.
I thought this must be a mistake and reached out them as this is near double the usual and common cost for this service.
They have not responded.

5 stars for work well done by Mat
I could see mat was not shirking his work he made effort to really scrape the tank clean.
