Very personable employees, ready to help when you walk in the door. Knowledgeable in stock of the store, took me right to what I needed. Picked out the exact item, up to the register to pay & out the door I went in under 20 minutes. Happy as a clam. 10 minutes was spent just looking around for something I may need. Isn't that what you're supposed to do in an auto parts store.

We were just driving through and had an issue with our bumper so we stopped here. The guy at the front desk with slightly red hair was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us a quick fix for free and sent us on our way. Best service ever 😊

My car was having problems starting, I phoned the store and spoke with Nate who offered if I came in, he would check my battery. Ended up he had to clean the posts in order to test it, then the test machine said battery needed to be charged; Nate removed the battery from my car, put it on their charger for over an hour, put it back in my car and I was on my way. Unfortunately, after my first stop and turned car off, it was having difficulty starting again. I drove back to the store , Nate was at lunch, but, Matt rang up a new battery, installed it and Yay... it was starting every time. Thank you all for all the assistance and friendly customer service.

My experience was 1st Rate, Mitch helped me with my battery purchase. Removed the old one, and installed the new battery. All's well 👌😊

My friends and I are on a road trip and our car broke down and we had problems with the check engine light. We have very little to no knowledge about cars and the employee that helped us was super friendly (we didn't get his name, tall younger guy with blond hair) and helpful. He went out to our car twice: once to scan the light and the second time to make sure the wrench we got was the right size to take off the terminals on the battery. Very helpful, and appreciated after a stressful experience.

I have unfortunately needed to visit many auto parts stores a lot recently due to a string of vehicle problems. Each experience at this store has been helpful and pleasant, but today was the cherry on top. I recieved excellent service from Gabrielle today, he went above and beyond answering my tedious question and helped me figure out what I needed at a price I can afford. I was having a bad day, but I'm honestly in a better mood now. Thank you Gabrielle!

my headlight went out and I went to O'Reilly's. Brian helped me pick out just the right light bulbs and then he installed them for me! It's hard to know exactly what to do and there's no way I could have ordered them online and known what the right stuff. Thank you thank you thank you so much to Brian

Stopped in with a rather tuff problem to diagnose. Ryan helped (big scruffy dude) ... he was awesome, verry knowledgeable and made sure I was all taken care of. Never had bad service at an oreilly auto but this guy was on it , went way above and beyond ....

Wow! Drew the General manager was So amazingly knowledgeable. Extremely helpful. I live in Southern California. 17 hrs away. My nephew Logan fixed me up and Drew mad sure all my fluids were changed! I will be an O(Really(s girl 4 life. !!!

The customer service is very friendly, you do not feel rushed when it's your turn at the counter. The prices are reasonable and quick on the shipping also.

We r vacationing from out of town (Brookings Oregon) & my tail lights, than my inner tail lights go out (Subaru’s I guess go through lights more than other vehicles) went in asked Ryan a question and he goes out to my vehicle to see what lights I am talking about, gets a tool and changes all of my lights for me. This gentleman is a hero and a large credit to O’Reilly. Thank you Ryan!
