C TR - CURRY TRANSFER & RECYCLING

I've used the CTR transfer station on Wilderness road 3 times now. The RV park I live in doesn't allow large items in their dumpsters. Whilst remodeling my trailer I've hauled out an aluminum bed frame, an old microwave and some other things. It's a short drive to the Wridge Creek facility. The have a bin to recycle metal items, and the gate fee is more than reasonable.

Kudos to Miss Shelly up there. She's is always helpful and friendly. I cracked up at the goats and llama patrol :). Not every city has these! (Although San Francisco does have an Artist in Residence program where works of art are made out of disposed items.) If you're up for a gorgeous hike after dropping off, the Secret Beach Trailhead is just a bit North on Hwy 1.

The customer service over the phone is absolutely amazing! I have visited with these friendly people for over four years now and I’ve always gotten so much help, information and advice. Without a doubt, every representative has been over-the-top, knowledgeable, and gracious. Thanking you!!

I have rented multiple large dumpsters since buying my home and want to express my appreciation to the drop off/pickup driver for being so prompt and flexible with his time! We’re not finished, but know that when we call we will receive quality and professional services from each person we talk with from placing my order to final pickup. We also appreciate the crew that comes to collect both the trash and the recycling bins each week for the kindness and professionalism they show. I almost missed my pickup a few weeks back and they gave me enough time to get my cans out before they left my neighborhood and swung back by to dump them on their way out. This extra mile saved me so much stress and showed they care.
Thank you for everything. And once COVID is under control, I will be baking thank you gifts for you all!!

I just talked with Tiffany on the phone to set up weekly garbage service. I thought customer service had gone by the wayside as of the last couple of years, but she proved me wrong. I just had the best customer service I have had in YEARS!!! Kuddos to Tiffany and CTR for fantastic service.

Brookings Harbor Community Theater has had the best experience with CTR!
Luke and all of his staff have been so gracious and kind with every need that our theatre has had. Always on time and going above and beyond in all of their services they have provided for BHCT! Thanks again CTR for being an awesome part of this community!

I love CTR. They are so helpful. I had a large appliance that caught on fire after a power outage caused a surge. I tried to find anyone to haul it away for me with no help. I called CTR and Ken Wold answered. He not only said they could take it away he said (and did) come within 15 minutes with a truck and took our broken appliance. I have lived here for many years and never once had an issue with CTR or its employees. CTR is a great company and we are lucky to have them in our community. Thank you Ken and all of your employees for everything you do for Curry County.

This operation has the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. Rachel and Tiffany are so pleasant and efficient on the phone, and the driver did an amazing job getting 30 yard dumpsters up and down a steep and winding drive and positioned them perfectly for our work. We’ve used them 3 times, including 5 dumpster deliveries and it was flawless. Thanks for helping making an awful cleanup job easier

Thank you for your prompt service or notifications of irregularities! I also appreciate having a dump site so close for those larger items or the things that won't fit in the bin! Just sayin!

CTR drivers are very efficient, timely and courteous. They are dependable and always respond with a quick wave and smile when greeted. CTR is very conscientious of traffic patterns and seeks to minimize impact while providing a very valuable service to the community.

I just want to say how much I appreciate working for CTR. During this difficult time for everyone, the company is working hard to support and work with each customer as well as local businesses to make sure they are still getting the service they need and great customer service they deserve. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of a great team here in Curry County.

I really appreciate the behind the scenes work these drivers do! They put in long hours and go all over the county. I had a dumpster delivered and the driver Ryan was very patient. My toddler loves vehicles and it made his day seeing a big truck come to our house!

During the last heavy rains, I discovered my storm drains main line was completely plugged. I wasted a whole day digging and flushing to no avail, so I
called Tiffany at Roto Rooter who very pleasantly set appointment. . Their technician Al showed up on time and ready to go. Using his equipment, he had my drains running free and clear in less than hour. EXCELLENT service in every way! Thanks to all!

Seldom have I ever seen a rep more dedicated to job completion with customer satisfaction than Roto-Rooter rep, Junior. Also, kudos to CTR customer service, Tiffany, for consistently positive responsive coordinations.

Wade Cristy is an exceptional person. He is always friendly and polite. He serves the Marina Heights Loop area, and we are very grateful for him.
