Great job to the owner of discount carpet to Biff and Ruth his assistance out Standing job they did in my home. Home Depot gave me the runaround stating they were coming out to do my carpet. I took the day off. Home Depot never came out. Romanoff never came out. I called discount carpets they were out within a month. Had my carpet done great job to all of them. If you need to go somewhere to get the job done, discount carpet is a place to go thank you thank you

First of all, they win in price for a flooring specialty company. Second, they are very flexible and accommodating. We had issues with our home, and they stepped up to help with the problem. The crew was laid back, helpful, friendly, and did a great job. Offered great suggestions.

Remember, this is a small family business. Not like dealing with the big box stores or huge flooring outlets.

I would like to highly recommend discount floors to anyone looking to get any flooring done in their home. First of all they were very competitive in their pricing. Secondly the owner, Steve, is extremely personable and very workable. He has been a delight to work with. He and his crew are very detailed oriented, conscientious, and considerate of both myself and my very small dog. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and along the way. They made sure that at the end of the day there was still some resemblance of the house left for me to utilize and function in. It worked extremely hard throughout the day each and every one of them. They are not on their phones or messing around. When we came across water damage on the floor Steve would stop and explain it to me and tell me what the damages were both physically and financially. I can’t recommend them highly enough. There is no one else in town or out of town and I would have in my house or doing my floors. Also the product is high quality, there are a plethora of choices in his facility, and the guarantee is fantastic.
