Rite Aid

Great prices on wine, great pharmacy. Clean air! I measured it with a CO2 monitor, good as outdoor air.

We were in Brookings the end of July when my husband needed a prescription. We mistakenly went to Fred Meyer first. They were not helpful. We went to Rite Aid and the pharmacist was extremely nice and so was the assistant. They got medication from our local pharmacy within a couple hours. Fast forward to today. We need that same medication transferred back to our local. Our pharmacy didn’t have it so I called and again a nice lady said they sent it already and would send it again! She even said call back if it doesn’t work and I’ll do it manually!!! This Rite aid is awesome!

The best Rite Aid customer service we’ve ever experienced! We live on the road and go to Rite Aid frequently across Oregon and California for their Amazon Hub services. I appreciate that Amazon makes things so much harder, and I’m used to long lines. But the staff at this Rite Aid location is just so patient and friendly. They are always in good moods and don’t get frazzled by managing multiple customers. Each time we are there we walk out impressed.

Was there right when they opened to get my husbands antibiotics filled that was sent in the night before from ER. The pharmacist was so compassionate and quickly filled them for us even though they were busy and just opened. I cannot thank them enough for their help and quick friendly service! He is doing much better because of your quick action. Thank you!!

Really appreciate Pharmacy being open 7-days a week. This is an added convenience for me. I also appreciate it when a Pharmacist calls me and lets me know early on when various Immunizations are available. With Flu season coming up and Pandemic surging, it's comforting to know I'm all caught up.

Really like the new store logo and signage. Gives the store a fresh look and feel.

I had a happy shopping experience!

Picked up one of my RX's at Rite-Aid and this older gal said...Brian Pacchetti right?... I responded with That's Right! She said there's not many of you Pacchetti's but I remember you every time you come in. I informed her that I have a wonderful daughter but...she interjected and said...DIANA right?...I said you got it...We talked way to long, and I shared a few hundred pictures on my phone.

Her name is Teri, said Diana does her hair and loves her to the end! - What a jewel Teri is.

I always enjoy my local Rite Aid store. They have a wide selection of homeopathic remedies that I prefere taking. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Hopefully the town of Brookings doesn't lose another pharmacy. I love Rite Aid has everything I need and buy one get free sales or 1/2 off keeps me coming back.

Great store, very fast and convient

I had a very confusing discount program offer from my health insurance company. One of their staff took over and waled me through the whole process and even knew how to save more. Incredible service.

Extrememly quick to refill prescriptons and friendly emplopyees.

Rite aid has all the stuff you need and more. The pharmacy tech. The floor staff are all knowledgeable and helpful.

Very friendly service, not too busy or crowded. Prices are good.

The people that work here are great. Very clean store. Same employee s for years,!!!!
