McDonald's

I go there on Friday night at times had a bad experience one time different manager during the week. Went last Friday told then my problem they fixed it. The manager made my order came out good his name is Poi very good manager helpful does a good job. Martha is the best older lady good personality helps out alot I enjoy seeing her she puts a smile on ur face . Very friendly she is at window good personality good customer service.

Got our food fast and it was decent. Ice cream machine actually worked!

If they're not too busy you'll find a happy and helpful staff at this restaurant. It's also a great place to chat with locals in the morning over coffee.

Grabbed a quick bite to eat. Everything was fresh when I ordered it and had very fast service which was great because I needed something quick to accommodate my busy morning. Staff was very friendly and even asked if I wanted hot or mild sauce at the drive thru window when ordering my breakfast burritos. Another thing I loved was my Vanilla coffee actually had vanilla in it. Most other locations would constantly forget this. Will be back again when I'm visiting the area.

Fries were fresh, hot and salty. Perfect!

Nice McDonalds. I just had to add the employees seem friendly and dedicated. It’s always been a good experience. Once, a guy saw my WV plates and performed “Country Roads” for me before handing me my pickup order. Not sure how I feel but that was commitment. One night after the lobby was closed my coworker was feeling down about things and wanted fries. McDonald’s is only drive through open at midnight so I convinced her to walk through the drive through to redeem some free fries. The guy inside let us do it even though they don’t normally allow people to walk through the drive through. I know it’s not high class food, but sometimes things like that matter.

CAUTION IF PULLING A TRAILER OR LARGE VEHICLE, the parking lot is TINY. The inside service was friendly and fast. Food was almost instantaneous.

There is a manager here by the name of Skyler and he was incredible. there was a trainee, it was her first day and she was messing up quite a bit of things but still doing a good job. And even with the customers needing all their stuff fixed and being busy he kept a smile on his face, he was kind and respectful, fixed everybody’s order, made sure everything was taken care of and stayed on top of it all while helping the trainee. I just had a similar experience next-door at Burger King with a trainee and a manager that was out of this world disrespectful and rude! so seeing Skyler in action today made me see there is a big difference when you have a quality manager that actually cares and does their job. very impressed. he deserves a promotion!

Great Service. The young lady brought my food & drink to the table. Be back again. Please do not spend your hard earned money @ Burger King. Employees could be seen smoking and not washing their hands & start serving- making food.

One of the few places open near our motel. Very friendly service and relatively quick even tough they were very busy. Got the order right and no problems.

Drive thru with my dog... Got 2 cheeseburgers 1/4 lb and fries. The kids ate them and said "They hit the spot."

It's your basic Micky D's, but the crew here is top-notch. Excellent service.

Very patient and didn't even seem irritated when I produced a coupon code out of the blue. Took great care with our order and labeled the ones that had extra ingredients. 😀

I have an autistic grandson. Part of our routine has been a chocolate shake no whip cream for a while. When we relocated to Crescent City after the fire, we immediately began to frequent our local McDonald's. The staff is always friendly, even giving snacks to our Doodle. and I'm especially thankful for their Covid safety. Our difficult times are often made easier with simple pleasures. McDonald's is the only shake that will do. We appreciate you, more than you know!

What can I say that hasn't already been said about Micky D's.

It was raining really hard so they provided a plastic bag to prevent my food from getting wet. Amazing service.

Brookings, McDonald's, is the best! We, ordered 60, McDoubles, from the drive-thru, at, lunch rush, (because, I was in a pinch) and they got them out in record time. And. Never even questioned the order, or complained. And. That's right, I, said 60, McDoubles. 60! Another, well known burger franchise, wouldn't take the order, and, they're almost always closed, when, I go there, in the evening.

I don’t live in the area, but I was visiting and went through the drive thru and every employee was incredibly polite and on point! And my breakfast was hott!

I love when Amy is working! The food is fresher and the wait times aren't as long when she's supervising! There is rarely a mistake on orders with her diligence!

The change in this McD's store since the remodel, and adding 2 order lanes is super. Less errors, more efficient staff. Best fast food service in town. DQ next. TB, BK, KFC all need to check out McDs and DQ.
