I have been going to Ulta in CR for a few years for my brows. The young lady that had been doing them moved on. At that point I started to see Faeble. She’s an absolute gem of a human and does a great job. Whether a wax, wax/tint or wax and lamination, she always does a great job. Today I let her know I was a bit stressed about an upcoming work trip that came about on short notice. I haven’t been able to get in to see her for my brows or my regular stylist for my hair some time. So my brows and grays were popping! She checked with one of her colleagues, Kaitlin. Kaitlin had an opening today (yes prom and Mother’s Day weekend) and did a great job covering the grays and matching my highlights to the other salon I regularly go to. Thank you to both ladies, they went above and beyond.

This was the MOST fun and helpful TEAM! Fable did my & my sister's brows (color & wax), and she was just a fun, fun JOY! I regret forgetting the name of the very knowledgeble and friendly greeter who knew exactly where to find, recommend, and test product colors on me. Two others gave me samples, everyone smiled! Such a positive, happy environment! The beautiful, intelligent woman who checked me out, speaks five languages! I highly recommend this location; take your friends! Fun experience!

I was helped by a very nice gal, Kassidy, who helped me find everything I needed. My skin on my face has been behaving badly so I needed things for that, plus a good foundation to help cover up said badness. Thanks for helping me spend my 💰 Makeup is one of the things that makes this old gal cheer up in these crazy times.

Lori helped me discern the very best options for my skin and gave me a makeover that is changing the way I take care of myself. Everyone was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend their products and services!

I've had my hair colored and braided before but never as good as Bryon did at the Cedar Rapids Ulta!! Its been 4 days and they still look amazing!!

I came in to browse hairdryer/diffuser combinations, and Miranda was extremely helpful! Her advice was invaluable and I left feeling confident using my new hair tools and product.

Great store, amazing beauty products. However if you have sensitivity to scents, a mask can help. There is a lot of perfume in the store, and that is normal. Not a bad thing, just a lot for anyone who may be asthmatic.

The staff here is amazing! Jacob was very patient with my child who has social anxiety and happened to leave makeup at a hotel on our trip to Iowa. They were able to overhear some of the items we needed and help locate everything! Jacob even suggested some new products and brushes to try out. I have shopped Ulta from time to time but after our interaction today with such a welcoming and friendly employee, I don't see us shopping anywhere else for our beauty needs! Thank you SO much for making us feel welcome in your store!

Shay did a phenomenal job! I should a picture oh what I would like my hair to be and she did it without hesitation. She walked me through every step she was doing as well as making sure my opinion was heard!

When I got to the register with the product brand I wanted but not the scent the gentlemen went back and got the one i was looking for! Also i just love when you first walk into the store how wonderful it smells. 😁 the staff were super friendly with my toddler who was picking up everything she could carry.

Large variety of products and brands. Something for everyone at different price points. I also like that I am able to find clean makeup products here.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere and had a lot of different beauty products even some I didn't think i would find. They unfortunately didn't have much in the way of winky lux products though. I was going to buy that mascara but not there, oh well. In a whole I am obsessed with Ulta beauty.

I love going to this Ulta! The staff always help me find products that fit my needs 😊 When I went into the store today (looking like a bum), Lori went above and beyond to help me find products that help my troubled skin (acne scars, blackheads). On top of that, Kassidy's great personality made the check-out process fast and simple. Needless to say, I am happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back again soon!

I really like this store! Was helped by a very nice consultant, Susan, she was a great help and very patient with me and explained the products. The cashier was also very nice and polite and had my purchase rang up quickly.

I get the best facials done here, Lori knows how to get my skin nice and healthy. The staff are happy to inform me about products and answer any questions I have. I feel like a valued customer when I go here.
