Elder's Ace Hardware of Trenton LLC

This store feels very “owner run” to me in that Every single worker is incredibly intelligent, and so eager and happy to help. Store is extremely organized, well lit, welcoming, lots of big doors with natural light. One of the most professional hardware stores I’ve ever been on in my life!!!
I own and run and manage a lot of properties, and they always are able to help me!

Ace is the Place for the helpful hardware folk. This is a good store. The employees are helpful and friendly. They must have good management at this Elders in Trenton, because when you go inside by the time you come out every employee will have asked you if you needed assistance. They stay stocked with most materials you might need for a diy project. Prices are high, but that is all Ace Hardware stores. They sell Milwaukee and Yeti. That’s a plus.

This is the best Ace Hardware I have ever done business with. They are so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond for customer service. It restores your confidence in what true customer service should be.

This is a good Ace Hardware (most of the Elders ones are in my experience). I wish it had a larger garden section, like the Hixson one (if you haven't been, it's excellent), but still has all the essentials. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I've never loaded my own bags of soil from here. By the time I've bought them, staff already have them at or in my vehicle for me.

I don't remember his name, but the man that works on weedeaters is really nice. The store is clean and has almost everything you need.

As always I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and orderly. The person helping me quickly carried me to the item I came for. They also do a great job of sharpening lawnmower blades.

Just went with my son to get a few things to repair his garage roof after some storm damage. Folks very helpful and pleasant.

Case Hardware has friendly folks and a wide variety of supplies. Their new building has made the shopping experience so much better. When you walk in the door, often someone will ask if you need help. Even though I know where many thing are, they love to help. When I have a special project and I'm looking for a solution, they will work me through each step. Good job!

Great place. Very helpful and friendly employees. Great selection. Maybe a Tad pushy at closing time, but I would want to leave too if it was time to close. Just wish there was a few more hours they were open.
