FairBridge Inn Express Frankfort

Booked off of priceline and ended up getting charged twice. Had to call to get our credit.

Run down vacility. Couldn't plug anything in because the outlets were so worn out. Place needs torn down and rebuilt.

Wet had reserved our room for a couple of nights but thankfully someone was looking out for us because I loaded all our stuff the next morning. Went back to our room and couldn't get in the next night. Went to the office and they re-did my key card. When I went back to open the door I heard a voice behind me say 'that better not me my room' but he couldn't be speaking to me because that was our room. His luggage was all over our room. Then they gave me another room and yes there was someone in that room as well. Finally they gave us a room that didn't have someone else in it but we won't stay there again.

Manager was rude and nosey, always harassing everyone including me. The room had roaches and bed bugs, dirty rooms. Hard to get towels or bedding changed, and the continental breakfast was a joke. The cable TV was also a mess. The worst motel in ky.

Slum hotel, managment steals and is violent when confronted. Dirty.

Customer service was terrible and the pictures posted are false advertising. The room was very dirty and smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes. Sheets were also stained and none of our request were met.

0/10 would not recommend. The rooms are not clean and had a very nauseating smell. Room service never cleaned our room

Place is in bad shape. Pool was closed down (did not state on the web site).

I got better room and service in the Gulf War. Don't believe the advertising is fake.

This place is horrid. Bad area, rooms are dirty and old. I guess you get what you pay for.
