Cook Out

We stopped here while doing the Hwy 127 sale. It's a fast food joint but not one we had ever been too. The staff was super friendly and great menu options than your traditional drive through. We got the corn dogs, onion rings and cheese fries. All were great.

First time here, if ever in the area I would definitely go back. Didn't get a milkshake but did get double burger, onion rings, fries and a drink for $7. I wasn't wowed by anything but for the price you can't beat it.

Everything comes with sides! Hot dog? Side! Corn dog? Side! Chicken bacon wrap? Side! Definitely get Cajun seasoning on your fries and get one of the approximately 748 milkshakes! Fast and accurate service, too! There's usually a line for the drive through--especially late at night, when they are one of just a few places open in this town!!

cook out is 10/10 every time, this location is great and still very reasonably priced compared to every other fast food spot

The food was hot, fresh, and fast! The service was warm and friendly. The burgers were generous portions of meat and grilled nicely. The chicken strips had a perfect crispy coating and tender juicy meat. The whole family enjoyed their meals. Prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely go back.

I always really enjoy eating here. It's always great food, great service and great experience.
Every time I've been it's been very clean and the workers have been very courteous. It's definitely one of the cheapest places you can go for quality food. Their meals are great deal and very customizable and always delicious. I've heard the Cajun chicken is very delicious, but I normally go for just a normal burger. For the sides a. Quesadilla and cheese curds are normally a safe bet. I wish the portions on the cheese curds were a little bit more, but they're definitely still worth it and delicious and it's best to top it off with a cheer wine float. It makes a great stop for just a snack or even a whole meal.

The employees here are super friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good too! This was my 2nd time stopping at a Cookout. First experience wasn't as great (different location), but wanted to give it another shot. Glad I did!

If you like burgers off the grill from home than this is your place because the burgers literally taste like my dad grilled on BBQ. The pricing is amazingly cheap for today's high prices as under 10$ you get a big burger and 2 sides and a drink for under 9$ be exact. Onion rings are awesome! Great atmosphere and workers seem to enjoy what they do and were happy and cheerful! Great job and wish they had one in Louisville

I absolutely love the Cook-out. They never mess up your order. The food is always made fresh. The shakes are awesome, and they have a huge selection. The food is inexpensive. If you aren't eating here you're not doing life right.

I honestly wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was. Opens late and worth the money and drive depending where you are. $18 for two meals and a milk shake was a good deal.

Always a good choice, insane amount of food for the price with a great selection of food and shakes. Also open late which, as a night owl, is great.

Their trays are a great deal for the amount of food you get and the selection is great too- it's very easy for my children to pick the sides they want and everyone is happy with what they get.
We never have to wait long for our food after we place the order so that is nice as well. Their shakes are great. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't already. If you've never been here you can also look up the menu online so you have a chance to see what is offered before arriving.

I wish there were 10 stars for this restaurant! My husband and I make it a point to eat here every time we are in Frankfort at the doctor. Our food is always hot, always! Our milkshakes are always on point as well and they're just so many flavors of milkshakes, we keep going back because we haven't tried them all! All! Highly highly highly recommend for quick service and amazing food at a very cheap price!

Always fast service, orders are always correct, and food is always amazing! Cannot go wrong with Cook Out as every location I have visited has always exhibited all these same qualities. Plus, most locations are open pretty late every night, & even later on the weekends. This fact, added with the other qualities I mentioned, really makes Cook Out stand out from pretty much every other restaurant since the pandemic caused earlier closing hours for most businesses that became permanent after the pandemic ended. I have tried just about everything on their menu, & have never disliked a single item I have ordered. Their menu is really unique, with a lot of diversity & items that you just don't see at other fast food restaurants.
