Residence Inn by Marriott Durham Research Triangle Park

This is an older property but what makes this property great is the staff. Everyone is extremely gracious and welcoming. We were so happy we extended our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was well suited. The hot breakfast had good variety and each day they have a different protein.

Staff was amazing. The first room I had was filthy. Nothing had been cleaned. I called the front desk and by the time I got there they already had a new room assigned and upgraded it. Security guard is wonderful as well! Will definitely stay there next trip.

We stayed in Durham for medical at Duke Hospital. The short drive was very convenient. Besides safety, one of the most important things to us in a hotel is cleanliness. The Residents at Marriot was extremely clean and we felt, very safe. The staff were extremely kind and attentive.
We had an issue with our heater for a short time and the staff gave us such amazing southern hospitality and kindness during our room change. Thank you for all you did for us Marriot.

The staff was awesome. I had a procedure done and needed an early check in. They didn't have the room I reserved ready so they upgraded me free of charge. The rooms are awesome. Everything was clean, the bed and couch were both very comfortable.
The grounds are really pretty and the hotel is close to several restaurants for convenience.
I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

I love this location. The rooms are very spacious. They have a stove, refrigerator, microwave, eating table, utensils. There is a couch and a work desk. There was a basketball court, fire pit and pool on site. Breakfast is served in the mornings until 10am on weekends. It is a pet friendly hotel. Very comfortable pillows and comforter. If they had a Jacuzzi it would be perfect! Loved this hotel.

This place is always very clean and the staff is always very kind and attentive. Breakfast is always very well done. And Ruby is very caring and helpful toward the guests. I’ve stayed here many times and have always had a great experience.

Havebt stayed here, but I've called a couple times to check rates, and the staff is outstanding.

Doordash accidentally brought one of my orders here when I was stating at the hotel next door, and the gentleman at the front desk had an employee run it over to me, even though I wasn't staying at his property.

Good service bodes well for the rooms ar a hotel, so it's worth a look to stay here!

A fantastic option for road Warriors like myself. Spacious, modern furniture with a wonderful kitchen and dining table. This hotel is perfectly situated at the Hwy 54 and 55 intersection in the RTP. Notes: Extremely courteous and helpful staff, comfortable high-backed chairs by the fireplace in the dining room, pet-friendly, simple but tasty breakfast, a well-stocked snack shop, and every inch of the facilities was clean as a whistle! Zero complaints, and I would stay here again, no question. Highly recommended!

Traveling. Stopped in NC for the night. Checked in with Lamesha. She was fantastic! Great Attitude and very helpful! Room was Clean. Simple. Had all of the essentials. Fridge did not fit in the wall ‘cut out’ which I found to be comical. Great one night stay.

We are staying here this week and I want to make sure everyone knows how kind and courteous the staff here is! Security guard by the name of Tony and front desk clerk Toni were Very Helpful and Friendly. We will be checking out Saturday but I want to make sure that everyone knows that if you're ever in the area of Durham North carolina, stay here!

People are nice and helpful. Located convenient to Duke medical and research triangle among others. Breakfast adequate in an inviting setting. Rooms need to be renovated sometime but they are ok for now.

Residence Inn Marriott was the very BEST experience in a Hotel that I have had in a very long time! The room was spotless! Oh my goodness, the bed was sooo comfortable! I found my own little world of SERENITY ❤ The staff; Ms. Barnett and her team made sure I was taken care of! They were AWESOME 🤩

We have stayed here for almost 2 months now due to my company relocating my family and I. I never do reviews for anything but this stay was worthy of one. I have had the easiest time transitioning to our new home thanks to the amazing people here at our extended stay location. They have made sure we feel comfortable and any issue we have came across they have solved quickly and with an amazing customer service view of the situation! Thankful for their help!

Residence Inn is my favorite Marriott brand. This location was excellent. The staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly. I look forward to a return visit.

From the start I was very impressed with the two ladies who handled my/our check in. The unit was very clean and offered amenities not normally found in other places. The piece and quiet also took me by surprise, that added to my delight as I require no outside distractions for rest. I would wake up totally rested and ready for my day ahead. I could go on but just want to say thank you, thank you and see you soon.

Had a great stay, clean, nice suites & very friendly staff. Appreciated the free burgers, salads & wine/beer in the evening & a nice breakfast in the morning with a couple of hot items & waffles. The best part though was the iced coffee with flavored syrups at breakfast!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The nightly mixer and breakfast we're both good, with a variety of items. The room and the outdoor areas were well maintained and nice. One of the nicer RI in the Durham area.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. This was perfect to accommodate my family, it was 6 of us. The only complaints are the breakfast was disgusting and the woman setting it up was soooooo rude and nasty. She kept slamming things around and huffing and puffing. I think she needs a job that doesn't involve people
