Everybody was so friendly here at this CFA that it made us feel welcome. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast biscuit tasted great and helped get the day started out right!

Chick fil is a wonderful organization in our community. The way they support the local community is amazing. In this day and age we find that the spirit of giving back has lessened but not so at Chick fil. Kudos to the management team and the staff. I picked up the items the restaurant donated to our community event this morning and the manager was so helpful and nice. The young man that helped bring out my items was extremely friendly. I always find the staff so friendly and extremely sociable at this location. It says at lot about your managerial staff when your staff are always pleasant and happy, which they should be, but that is a blessing and it makes you want to come back for great customer service. Again thank you thank you thank you for supporting us. For supporting the community and for all that you do and continue to do. You guys are amazing..

Most Chick-fil-A's are pretty good. But for some reason this one near the heart of 'run down' and Durham has always had stellar performance and customer service! As a former GM myself I recognize that it is because of the management team at this location. Great job! Don't lose what you have. It comes from hiring the right people!

Roxboro Road Chick Fil A is ALWAYS top notch. The food is always fresh and always fast. Customer service is superb. Highly recommend this location above all others.

This location was very busy, but the staff was kind, thoughtful, and very efficient. We got through the line quickly, and the manager was observant and made sure we had room to maneuver our car out from behind a person waiting in front of us. I hope Chick-fil-A is adequately compensating these workers for making this system work!

Kudos to the service staff for being super friendly. We were picking a very big catering order and multiple people from the staff checked on us while we waited and also helped us carry it out to the car.

This is a very busy restaurant but they know how to be efficient. The restrooms and dining room were also clean. Thank you!

This Chick-Fil-A ROX!!!! I literally got a hug from Savannah when I walked in. Jourdan has cheer from 4AM to 11Pm. Talk about good customer service ❤❤❤

Even Wesley came out from the back and I had to compliment him on the juiciness of the chicken and the accuracy of the order. 🐥🐔🍗

Chick-fil-A is great!! The food is awesome! You can't go wrong when you eat from Chick-fil-A! The workers move swiftly to help service you too!!

This Chick-fil-A was fast and friendly like many of the others ones I’ve visited previously.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, with a fresh fruit cup and lemonade.

They bribe their chicken in pickle juice and then fry them, which gives them a great flavor.

I am a door dasher. I love this place! They have a place for gig delivery workers to park n go and they are friendly and fast so im out and back for another one in no time!

Best drive thru and service from coast to coast, it doesn't get much better than roxboro Rd 😉

I pulled up at 7:46 am with about 18 cars in front of me. By 7:52 I had my food (3 chicken breakfast bowls...that's right 3! Just for me :). Who says good quality food on the go can't be time efficient. This chic-fil-a on Roxboro Rd is by far the most efficient, friendless and best quality chic-fil-a I have seen in the Durham area. Everyone that works there is upbeat and friendly. Most importantly they really seem to enjoy their jobs which means the service and product they're providing the public is going to be top notch. I've been to many chic-fil-a's over A LOT of years and this one is by far the best!

We went thru the drive thru The food was so delicious, customer service was great .the line was long long long but well worth the wait .!!!!

The people that organized the traffic pattern here should consult for every school pickup/drop off on the planet. These people are amazing.

Of course Very busy, but I have to say I'd rather sit in a Chick-fil-A drive threw than think or even try to start dinner. Very small but potentially could have been a catastrophe... They forgot a chicken sandwich & my extra sides of pickles. In my family's world that's definitely a court marshal/possible death to mom! LoL

Today before I could pull around and merge into the line to get my salad the runner was bringing it to me. ITS FRESH AND DELICIOUS.

Managing staff is always out on the floor making sure everything is going ok. They jump in to help out when busy.

I made a mistake by bringing a box truck through their drive thru that has a height clearance of 9’. This would result in me holding up the drive thru line and they quickly redirected traffic and allowed me to back out. When it was all over with they still smiled at me and said have a great day. This was incredible customer service and I hope everyone that helped out gets their credit.
