Parkwood Animal Hospital

Parkwood has been the vet for my 3 pets for as long as I have been in North Carolina. All the staff is super friendly and nice, my Oda (doggy) is super anxious and she gets really upset for her appointments but they never turned her away.
Im definetly super thankful for all the help Parkwood has given us along the years with all Sam, Oda and Olive.
You guys are amazing, thanks for keeping my babies healthy!
Even tho I live in Raleigh now, I prefer to drive to my pets favorite vet.

The tech and the vet were very friendly and really took their time explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions in-depth (we are pet owners for the first time in our adult lives). They handled our cat very gently. They wrote us a detailed "pet report card" with thorough details about her exam results and that said our kitty is sweet and amazing. I wish my human doctors were this nice! :)

I love this animal hospital, I have been taking my dogs there for around 12/13 years. They have always been compassionate, kind, professional, and ready to do everything they can to help. As someone with a limited budget, I appreciate the fact that they can tally up what is necessary for visits and tests, so there’s no sticker shock(barring unforeseen circumstances). They never try to oversell anything, and have you and your pet’s best interests at heart. Even though they’ve expanded their business and grown over the years, they still have that small town feel about them. Drs. Rowe and Stech have seen me through some tough days with my dogs, and I’m so grateful for all that they have and continue to do. And the techs are amazing, known Matt the longest, but Jennifer and the rest of the ladies there are phenomenal and work so hard. I can’t imagine taking my dogs anywhere else

My furry family has been with PAH almost as long as I've been alive. Sometimes an understanding and willing doctor is all you need too give hope, even if it's just a little.

I came to Parkwood to prepare all of our dog's health certificates for moving internationally. The staff, nurses, and Dr. Stech were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us prepare for our move with peace of mind.

We highly recommend Parkwood Animal Hospital! We have multiple cats so they have the pleasure of being seen by both Dr. Stech and Dr. Rowe. Both are great vets and all the staff are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone cares as much about our pets as we do and it shows. The new location is so nice and the cat room really keeps our guys engaged and less anxious.

DR. Rowe and Matt examined my elderly rat terrier yesterday. She can be highly aggressive at vet offices and needs to be muzzled. Dr.Rowe and Matt were kind and professional and put her at ease and treated a blossoming ear infection etc. . This is the first time a vet visit has not been traumatic. Dr. Rowe also treated .my other
my other heartworm positive rescue dog for a few months and he is now heartworm free. I highly recommend this clinic. DR. Rowe and the entire staff are very caring and I am very glad I found this excellent clinic. Helen

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Parkwood! They are always timely to fit our pups in. They are all so very kind and professional. My one pup is very timid when it comes to new people and being touched, they always take it slow with her and work with her instead of against her. I would recommend them to all considering their next vet.

I started going to Parkwood Animal Hospital in 2016 as a new pet owner and I've consistently gone to them, even after several moves around the triangle.

The vet team is always realistic and honest in giving me diagnoses and recommending care or paths forward. They also always go above and beyond to make my nervous kitties comfortable and in and out of the facility quickly.

I trust them completely with my pets and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

My pets have been cared for by the team at Parkwood Animal Hospital since 2006. They are wonderful and explain issues and options thoroughly. I am always confident in the care that we receive, and it is always backed up by evidence and research. I know they aren’t just slapping a convenient diagnosis on my pets, even when their presenting symptoms are not straightforward. They are awesome!

Dr. Stech and her staff have been very responsive and accommodating in caring for our elderly dog Allie. We had a tumor suddenly pop up and the clinic fit us in on super short notice, figured out what it was, and gave us all the info straight. We also appreciate that we don't feel nickeled and dimed at Parkwood. The people at Parkwood genuinely care and we will continue taking our old lady there as long as we're in the area.

I have been taking my animals here since 2016! They have always gone above and beyond with all my furbabies (past and present). Staff and doctors are phenomenal. They take excellent care of my babies and help put them at ease; always doing their best to assist me financially as well. New location is still so close but top of the line with plenty of space! Highly recommend.
