This place is wonderful, and I do recommend this Firestone. Chad, the manager, is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me, and make sure that I left feeling like all of my concerns were addressed. He is very easy to talk to, and is extremely knowledgeable. He actually fixed issues that I had on my car that were left from another shop. Even though he is a manager, and doesn't need to work in the garage, he went back there and fixed my car himself. That is what I would call phenomenal service. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for making my day, and making my car safe again!

Had a great experience with Chad and Justin this past week while getting my oil changed! They were very responsive and notified me about the tuning my car needed such as changing my air filters and even price pointed the things they recommended for my car before calling me. Definitely recommending this location for their wonderful customer service and quick turnaround.

Great place to get your car serviced. They are very efficient, fast, and the work they perform is at a very high level. Most important. The people are great, they listen to what you say about the problem you are having with your car so that you get great service the first time and not have to come back. Job well done guys.

Justin Ratay was very understanding and apologetic, even though he did not need to be. I’ve been coming to Firestone a few times now and every time I come, Justin and the African-American gentleman in the front have always just had the best customer service and today seemed like the shop was very very busy and even though I had to stay in the shop for 2 1/2 hours I was kept up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle and the process was really smooth. Thank you guys and continue being the best that you are.

The staff at this Firestone were absolutely phenomenal. Very good at actually explaining the problem and the prices to non-mechanic humans. The manager, Chad, was great in making sure the best price was given. Very satisfied customer and I highly recommend getting your service here.

Justin has been so helpful to me over the last several years. He’s honest about what I need for my car and never tries to oversell me. I get appointments when I need them and he gets my work completed in a timely manner. I’ve followed him from shop to shop because of his excellent customer service

The workers here were excellent! I have a Sprinter van that has been converted to a camper van and was having trouble finding an inspection shop that would be able to inspect it. They were able to fit me in their schedule very quick! Would recommend to anyone.

Mike and the team are awesome, friendly, and timely. The environment is also clean, a good place to wait while waiting for your car. My overall experience gets better and better each time l go to their shop to fix my car. I recommend them

Justin and team at the Durham North Carolina highway 55 Firestone store or terrific. They got the tires in and they did a terrific job getting the car back to me on time and in great working order.

I’ve been coming here exclusively for years. People are nice and make it clear which repairs are Safety Issues We Need to Do Today and which are Good Ideas That Can Wait, so I can budget for things, and whenever I show up early for an oil change appointment, they work me in quickly. I plan to go here as long as I live in Durham.

Just had my brakes and rotors replaced brake fluid changed and alignment staff did an excellent job management is top-notch. Truly appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend this location for great work.
