JUSTIN SAVED THE DAY!!!! We got into town decide to stop at a beach and locked the key with phones and wallet. Thankfully we were able to flag a very helpful individual who called Admiral for us..😃😃

We jumped in the water with our keys and the key fob did not work. I randomly called this number and the guy Justin was there within 10 minutes. He fixed my key and saved our whole vacation. Thank you so much Justin. You are a rockstar!

A1 service!! Les and Tami are a dynamic duo. I was scheduled the same day I called. They arrived, rekeyed all of my locks, and left. They are very efficient with their time and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I locked myself out of my office with keys inside, and I had somewhere I had to be about an hour later. I called Admirals, and he said he'd be right over. I think he showed up less than 10 minutes later, picked my lock in about 30 seconds without damaging the lock or door, and I had plenty of time to make it to my appointment. Very friendly, fast, and effective. I don't remember how much it cost, bc I was going to pay whatever he wanted, but I definitely didn't think it was unreasonable, and it was exactly the amount he had quoted me on the phone. If you need a locksmith, call these guys.

I have to add I've been here in a long while and prob businessed them several times..one of the times one of their trainee employees dropped a Lexus fob housing in between my car seat and we couldn't find it.

2 years later I detailed car to sell it and found. I tried to call today and see if they wanted it back (because at the time, they asked for it back) and also had a few questions for the cost of having new one made because people buying wanted to know how much it would be for duplicates.

...he was having trouble multitasking on the phone 😂 if that man had my job he would just die lol. The man answered my questions, so new owners will be along for a duplicate soon.

... since I feel I am the new owner of said key housing I'm framing it on my wall. With the other 437 lost keys of likely what turned out to be clients of yours 😂😂😂

Very quick service! Got there in 15 mins and had me in my car almost immediately with no damage to the car. Highly recommend!

Have to give the man 5 stars. I lost my truck keys in the keys lol. Very professional and helpful. I ended up finding my keys and not needing one made but the service that led up to the new key was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Locking your keys in your car and costing yourself unnecessary money is an experience that no one wants to go through, but at least with Admirals Lock & Safe this infuriating process was made bearable.

AL&S was quick to respond to my needs and even quoted me before they took on my call, so I knew exactly what I was getting into. The security technician who arrived to fetch my keys from my car, Justin, was very nice and knowledgeable. He was someone you could have a normal casual conversation with as they worked for you and he seemed like he was genuinely interested in making my day better. Justin was quick to get the keys out of my car and was careful not to damage my car in the process.

Les is a true gentleman and professional. Anytime I have an issue he is right there with a solution. His 24 hour service was a lifesaver for me when my lock fell apart on a Sunday evening. He got the door opened and returned the next day with a new and improved installation!

We just got to town with our RV and realized we had one bent key and our only spare was getting ready to break or bend. We tried Ace hardware and they couldn't help us but recommended Admirals. I texted them, he said to stop by with the key and within minutes we had 2 brand new keys for the RV, and they actually worked! Great service and reasonable price.

What a terrific experience. I was in key west visiting and my key fob stopped working. Even replacing the battery didn't help. Les had me meet him and crafted a whole new key and fob. Really reasonable price and he deducted something I didn't need so he is very honest and has a lot of integrity too! I'm so happy with my new key and fob!
