Outback Steakhouse

I've always had a great experience at the outback, but this location was a great experience. Tables were clean and service was impeccable. Our food came out quick and our server was awesome. Of course we ate all of the bread that came to the table. How could we not! Cold salads and a hot steak. Absolutely divine. Will definitely be returning.

Paul our waiter was very sensitive to what we needed from the menu. We are local business owners. My husband Albert had the rib eye with green beans and a premium potato and I had the prime rib with asparagus and nice same potato with seasoning. Since they have a new manager I could see a very new attitude and friendly staff. Chef got it exactly right on my prime rib. Thanks Outback for making my end of the day wonderful! Ronda

Nice cool breeze, nice place to chill for a bit. Nice atmosphere. Only had fries and drinks. Happy with all.

We had the best experience with Dean aka, Sunshine! He was so funny, kind, fast and just overall on point with everything! I highly recommend being seated in his section…you will be astonished with the service and the laughs.

The food is decent and tasty. Specially their Filet Mignon cuts. I gave them a 5 star for how friendly the staff were. Nick, our server was amazing. He checked up on us regularly and was very attentive. They did a mistake on our order and the manager was extra friendly and took that item off our bill. The kids loved our desert Chocolate Thunder. Overall we had a great dinner experience.

Just experienced the absolute best service at a restaurant that I've experienced in a long time. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. The drinks, appetizers, and food came out quickly and hot. This restaurant is being ran very well! Really enjoyed it!

Outback Steakhouse has provided wonderful service to me and my mother whenever we come in and order steak dinners. Even the steaks are not too expensive of a price for high quality deliciousness. The staff are very chill and nice to speak to, and even gave us great recommendations on the menu when we first dined in. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. It does get packed, so be sure to plan well and call in to make sure they have spots open. I ordered their Kingsland Pasta with grilled chicken and steak, and was absolutely enthralled with how it tasted. Will always come back often to order the same thing!

Had a wonderful man as our server. He stopped every time he walked by to see if we needed anything. He had a great attitude and was happy to serve us. My mom was asking for multiple extra things and he was happy to help! He made up for the poor service I had the night before from a some other lady.

My wife Jean and I were on vacation in the Keys. After a few days of seafood, we wanted a good steak. The ribeye was amazing. Drinks and sides excellent. Kyra, the manager, and Paul, our server made for great service and we enjoyed their company.

The Outback in Key West is exceptional in many respects. Food is well prepared & the service/people are wonderful Sunshine, George& Michelle outshine most of our fine dining service experiences here in Key West!!!

Walked in for dinner on Valentine's Day. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server Anissa shortly thereafter. We ordered the special for two. Everything was delicious including the drinks. Anissa was very pleasant and attentive. She made our visit very enjoyable!!

Best meal I’ve had in Key West so far on the trip. I’m a beefaholic. Had steak at a well known steakhouse just off Duval earlier in the week…giving that one a soft 7 rating. Outback today hit on all cylinders. Ten out of ten! Ordered the bone in ribeye with a couple orders of sauteed mushrooms, steak fries, and dinner salad. Steak was delicious and cooked a perfect medium rare. Shrooms full of flavor and generous servings. Fries brought out piping hot from the frier. Service excellent. Well done Outback Key West! See you next time!

I went here a couple days ago and literally had the best experience. The manager that night was Kyra. She was absolutely fantastic. She came and checked on the table and was overall extremely pleasant. Great service obviously led by a great team member!

Tonight I sat at the bar w/ gabi and bad the best experience yet at an outback!! The drinks were ice cold & perfect and the food was amazing!! Gabi was awesome, so attentive, funny & fit in so well with any crowd thrown at her!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

We went for dinner tonight in Key West at Outback located on North Roosevelt. The food was delicious and our server Janelle was outstanding. We even had a visit from the manager and she was above and beyond customer friendly! Will definitely make it there our next trip to Key West.

Came in for drinks and appetizers! I recommend the blooming onion. Servers were great! Kyra, the manager came over to ask how the food and drinks were and if we needed anything to let her know :)

I was dining by myself this early evening and Janelle was quite helpful in assisting me with ordering my 8-oz. sirloin at the perfect temperature for me, offering to cook it longer if necessary. I love coming here because I consistently get a very good meal, and Janelle was a very attentive and helpful server! (This is also a great value for dining, as it’s extremely expensive to eat anywhere else in Key West.) Thank you, Janelle!
