I had some lumps popping up on my skin (legs area) and when you go to googling stuff, it'll have you thinking - everything is cancer. Yup, I started freaking out. Went in, got processed really quick and easy. Turned out; it was some bug bites that caused some infection on my skin. They gave me some medication that same visit and prescription for pick up - the next day. The nurses were so nice and attentive (this time around!) My last experiences - from years ago - weren't too friendly. But, I'm always up for any progression towards improvements. I was impressed - this time around. Thank you so much! It's day 2(1 full day; 12 hours) taking the medication they prescribed me and the infection on my skin is now nearly (almost) gone. By the way; how cheap was that medication? SUPER (a little over $8) and how effective? VERY! I am impressed and thankful! 🙌🏾

On our last day of vacation my teenage son developed extreme stomach pain. We took him to this ER where they got him in relatively quickly and diagnosed him with appendicitis. They got him on some pain medication and were able to do the appendectomy about 5 hours after he arrived. Everything went fine and he was able to leave a little less than 24 hours later. Every single person we interacted with - nurses galore, doctors, surgeon, intake - was very kind and helpful. The hospital was clean, and because of its small size, very easy to navigate. I'm thankful we had this available to take my son. Thank you!

We brought our daughter to the emergency room yesterday, June 8th 6:15pm, for a possible broken arm. The first person we talked to at check in was very friendly and we were called into triage VERY quickly. The staff displayed compassion while being friendly and efficient. X-rays were taken and read moments after being brought into the room.

The entire experience was a pleasure despite the circumstances. My wife and I would like to thank the staff and managers for such a well run operation!

This is my 4th time coming to this hospital to have a baby. I’ve always been satisfied with their services. The nurses are spectacular in the labor & delivery dept. Each one of them are kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. My experience has always been positive. You can tell they love their job.

This place is outstanding! From the paramedics who transported me to the ER team to the staff in ICU and the testing teams the experience was excellent! Great care and they explained everything that happened from the moment I arrived. They were efficient, professional, compassionate and kind! You can tell everyone here enjoys what they do and it shows in the care provided. Thank you to the entire team!!!

I had my mammogram at the professional building and I couldn't have had a more nicer staff attending
Sorry I forgot the name of the employee,she had grayish hair and glasses but was so friendly and the procedure wasn't bad at all.it took about 15 minutes and I was done, also in the past nobody ever picked up the phone to be able to make an appointment,now, 3 rings and somebody answered.

This was an amazing and impressive experience.
From the gal at Reception Desk - To the gal who did my registration - to the 3 nurses and anesthesiologist and of course my Cardiologist Dr Joan Homan…everyone showed me smiles and interest.
.It was a warm and caring team and I felt confident to be there for my CardioVersion.
I was so happy for the entire experience and so happy that the procedure was successful!

My experience at the Lower Keys Hosp. was phenomenal. From the time I got to the ER, then when all of the nurses and doctors and pulmonologist took care of me, I never felt so safe and well taken care of, especially not being in my own hometown. The staff's dedication to my needs was exceptional. I was very lucky to get better so quickly, due to the quick and swift actions of the staff! Thank you again for being so awesome!!!

I came by ambulance with an urgent issue. The EMS crew was great. Once in the ER I was immediately looked at by nurses and Doctors who gave me their full attention. Moved to ICU for one night, then 2nd night on a regular floor. The Quality of Nurses, Doctors, and Staff is unsurpassed by any large Hospital in a big city. I'm giving them 10 Stars.

Laura, Donne, Dr. Blass, and the Hospitalist, Kevin were the absolute best! Our experience with my husband’s emergency gallbladder surgery while on vacation could not have been better. We come from Cleveland, Ohio with some of the best hospitals around, and we couldn’t have felt any more safe or positive anywhere. Thank you for the personalized attention to every necessary detail.

Dr Webb. This professional is top notch. He is unhurried and able to fully articulate woman's health concerns with timely research and genuine compassion with all my questions. He is transparent about HRT options and his professional experience in treating postmenopausal syndromes. I am hopeful this acumen will continue throughout my treatment and recovery.

as 40+ years Professional Nurse, i believe i hit the jackpot.

I wanted for an a fib problem never been admitted to the hospital for that reason they took very good care of me. IVs were great. They took me upstairs to a private room with a TV. The food was good and they took very good care of me I’m happy to know that thank you very much for all the nurses open. I am ONLY sharing my experience with the Women's Imaging Center, which is amazing. Lisa and staff were very kind and it was the first mammogram that did not hurt. I rate them as a 5.
However, Lower Keys Hospital was horrific 😢. I give it a 1. I was having the worst migraine ever and was IGNORED in the ER. NEXT time, if there's a next time, I will go to Fisherman's. However.
I recommend the Imaging Center wholeheartedly 🙏

Ultrasound tech was very professional and kind. I expressed concerns because of my family history and the radiologist was available and read my results before I left the hospital. It allowed me to not worry needlessly for days. Thank you!!!!

I have always dreaded getting my Mammogram because of some bad past experiences elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at my recent appointment for a Mammogram at the Women’s Imaging Center. The whole process from setting up the appointment to the actual procedure was flawless. The staff and technician were very professional and extremely kind. The procedure was performed gently and painlessly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Was hospitalized for 5 days. Every professional I had contact with.. from lab people, nurses, cleaning staff, on staff docs, .... sorry if I am omitting someone... was compassionate, professional and really good at what they do. Thanks for good care .

Had excellent care, great pain relief. Special care taken for hard to find veins. Was keenly aware of allergy protocols

Best experience ever at a Hospital. The Dr's and Nurses are the best, most caring people I have ever met. They went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this Hospital above any I have been to.

My husband was admitted through the emergency room via ambulance on Saturday 25th May with a gastric bleed. The prompt and skilled care he received at all levels was outstanding. Professional, caring, skilled treatment . Guy the nurse in ICU was professional, kind and helped me a lot by explaining my husband’s condition clearly in a reassuring manner. Even one of the male janitors Mckendry (sorry if spelled incorrectly) went out of his way to show me the elevators for ICU and even offered to go up with me to direct me further ! 5 stars all the way . For the past few years, my husband and I have needed several tests and a few procedures done. LKMC has been there for us locally and has saved us from having to make the long and costly trip to the mainland. Every employee we have dealt with from the registration office to the outpatient labs to the radiology department have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We are happy to have them as our Hometown Hospital and only wish that more Specialists would become associated there so that all of our needs could be taken care of.
