Great place to stash supplies

We rented this place fir 9 months. We bought 2 nightstands in the boxes (new) & when we came to move out those 2 boxes had been stolen. Of course they said they had no access to it. However Someone had to have picked our lock to get out the 2 new boxes so I don’t recommend them.

Rented a unit from these folks a month after hurricane Irma. They had roof work done shortly after I moved in without notifying me. Their contractors cut holes in my roof and let water, tar, roof debris, dirt, termite dust and all sorts of other stuff fall through and ruin my belongings. Their response was “Should have paid extra for the insurance!” and they are putting this all on me. This place is disgusting and you should not put anything you care about in this building. Go to CHOICE storage on N. Roosevelt, they actually treated me like a human being over there.

I walked into the office looking for assistance, no one was there. I then said “Hello is there anyone home?" (Multiple Times). Then the Office Employee responded with RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL words. I then STOOD MY GROUND and left the property immediately. NOT A RECOMMEND BUSINESS FOR BLACK PEOPLE 😬
