Best experience with an authroized retailer store. I was looking at getting a specific phone and had to switch to T-Mobile to get it. Switching took seconds after I selected my plan. New phone worked seamlessly. I was switching my whole family and Carlos the GM waited next to me to talk to them across the country to help them get their phones switched. Even decided to get a Galaxy Watch because of the amazing service. Truly the best experience I've had.

I recommend this store for extremely polite and competent service.
We recently switched to T Mobile and were having trouble getting connections as we traveled to Key West. We stopped at another T Mobile store before we got to Key West and were told we needed a new phone!
At this store in Key West one of their technicians, Junior, spent time diagnosing the phone and changed the sim card.
The phone now works very well.

We went to Key West for vaca last week. I unfortunately broke my phone 2 days before we left and could not replace it before hand. We went to the Key West Tmobil branch to start a new account and get new phones.
It was the best experience we've ever had with a cell phone company! The gentleman that waited on us was Jose Marttinez.
He was awesome!
Not only was he helping us but helped his fellow employees at the same time as it got quite busy right after we arrived.
We were very impressed with his work ethic along with his customer service!

We are on vacation and my daughter decided to drown her phone. The closest t-mobile was the one in Keywest an hour away from us. On-line it said the store is open until 7pm. We walked in the door at 5pm when it actually closes. Fernando stayed late and helped with getting my daughter a new phone. His customer service was great, best customer service I have had since I opened my account with sprint over 10 years ago. Very helpful!

I forgot to get his name, but everyone in the store today + dude was very nice and laid back. Replaced my screen protector, started a conversation, and offered to trust me with an extra Tuesdays Tropical tumbler for my sister who wasn’t there to press redeem in person. Very helpful very breezy visit and I don’t even like stores.

The smile on my daughters face was priceless. I had pre ordered the three iPhone plan online and I had received a conformation email and recent was told that I will receive them in the mail within two days. My credit card was changed and I got a receipt through my email. However two days went by didn’t receive anything. I call the T-Mobile online and they didn’t have any records of my order. I was told to go to the store and speak to one of the T-Mobile staff. I went that day.
When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted and was asked to wait while they attended to other customers.
Thomas was the one who helped us. He had a good attitude and was very professional and totally down to earth as well as knowledgeable. He got down to the bottom of it and I am very pleased with the service I received. He was patient and I didn’t seemed rushed. It was close to 7pm and it was time for him to leave nevertheless he stayed until he got the matter cleared up. Bravo to Thomas he made my little girl very happy today. Also I will say all three salesman were very good and I really appreciate the way they took the time to help me with my situation.

While on vacation, my phone fell in a cooler full of melted ice and was ruined. We went to this store shortly after it opened on a Tuesday and, after a brief wait, Javier helped us. He was courteous and told us our options. We left with a new phone and enjoyed the rest of our vacation!

Went in to add services to my contract today and Thomas was on top of it. It’s so nice to ask for something specific and the person in front of you knows their job and gets it done right away. Thomas was knowledgeable and processed my requests like a pro. The store is extra clean, the other employees were getting things done rather than surfing on the internet.. I had a great experience! Well done T-mobile!

Sometimes I have to wait, but the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I've been with T-Mobile since they were Voice Stream. Their customer service is stellar

I was very nervous changing from a flip phone to a smartphone. Joe was efficient and effective - as well as patient! I missed doing the text Survey T-Mobile sent to me because I was still learning basics about how to use the phone - and when I tried again the Survey had closed. I do not want to miss the opportunity to acknowledge Joe's invaluable assistance - so I am here. I will not miss Sprint thanks to T-Mobile! And yes, I really like the 'likely spam' feature. Thank you Joe & Co.....

Every time I come into T mobile I get nothing but the best of service. I'm 50 years old and not cell phone literate. I often have some kind of issues with my phone. FERNANDO CUESTAS is always willing & goes out of his way to perform customer service. The whole crew in this store is the best on the island. They treat you like family not customers. 10 all the way. First time in the store tonight. Needed help setting up the new iPhone. It was busy. The first person I encountered was a young man named Daniel. He was very kind and professional and got right to work setting me up. While he stepped away to work on my phone, a very nice guy named Adam came over to ask if I needed anything and chatted for a second. I’m telling you, these two guys are rock stars. Very very pleased with them both.

Stopped in to upgrade our sim cards from Sprint and T-Mobile merging. Eventhough there was quite a few people in line we did not feel rushed. AJ took his time to make the swap (with ease), answered our 21 questions about the merge and products with extreme patience. We've been Nextel/Sprint customers for the past 18 years, this is the first time we've truly felt like our business matters. I'm thankful that I no longer have to call Sprint customer service everytime I need help.

I cannot emphasize how much I have been helped at this T-Mobile. I've moved away and dealt with other local T-Mobile stores and had okay experiences, but I've never had people as friendly and knowledgable as the people in Key West. We recently lost someone, and they had been the account holder, so my sister and I had been in touch with T-Mobile and had been paying regularly. We wanted to keep our original phone numbers and voicemails, which are connected to your account. A week ago, a traumatic moment took place where my phone stopped working. No 611 option. I knew I could call T-Mobile with my husband's phone, but I opted to rush to this store. They told me that my account had suddenly been closed and I'd lost my phone number...the one I've had since 2003. Not mention that of my sister's...it was gone too. The actual warning was still in delayed mail, (I reviewed it 5 days after cancellation) so, with no warning, the mobile account we'd had since 2003 was just...gone. The moment I walked into the store, Joe asked me if he could help. I was probably pale and a little shaky when I asked him if there was -anything- we could do to help me try to get my account and phone numbers back. This is normally next-to-impossible. Joe immediately got on the phone and called the company. He was swift in his communication and was able to retrieve my lost phone numbers, one at a time. If it hadn't been for my confidence in the store, and the help and sheer speed at which Joe took action in that time of crisis, we would have lost our numbers forever and all of our voicemails. If not for people like Joe, I would no longer be with T-Mobile. This store is the reason I continued my membership.

Tristan was extremely helpful and even stayed late to help us switch from AT&T. They had great deals and Tristan and Adam also helped us get a new Apple Watch and some Samsung ear buds. Overall great service and they went above and beyond for us!
