I needed assistance - associate named Thomas was so attentive!! Thomas was so very helpful. He answered questions and anticipated my needs for the items we were looking to purchase! I wish more attendants were like Thomas! His assistance was greatly appreciated ! He has helped us before. I'm glad Thomas is there to help when we have questions or even just to check out. He is the BEST!!!! Thank you!

When our 8 year old cat was diagnosed with severe asthma and was given specific dietary requirements we were having a hard time finding the right food for him that he would actually eat. The staff in this store has consistently gone above and beyond to help us in any and every way possible. From providing helpful tips, to walking the store for over an hour with us reading ingredient labels until we found the right food. They put so much care and compassion into all the work they do and it clearly shows. They have been instrumental in our cats now improving health, and still ask about him whenever we get the pleasure to stop by. When we walk into the store, we don’t feel like customers, we feel like family! There are no words to express how grateful we are for these sweet folks!! Thank you for everything y’all do! 6 Stars if I could!

I was on vacation here with my big cat and ran out of the certain food he eats, this place had it which I thought was awesome. They have strollers for your pet here, if you need one for you small dog or cat while you're in town !

Nice staff, well supplied, just we went for fresh water fish and they dont have big deals. Nice place.

I read some mixed reviews on this place and having been to some really lousy Pet Supermarket’s in Orlando and Georgia. I was worried about coming here for stuff for my cat. I don’t know why people are angry at the staff there, but I met the new manager, a lady, who is not only extremely knowledgeable about cats, but also about reptiles and birds. She told me about what I need to be aware of if I wanted to buy a bearded dragon or snake, and it was enough to dissuade me.

She obviously came from outside of Pet Supermarket because her knowledge base is. quite extensive. When I asked her about a few items I wanted to get for my kitty she actually directed me to products I didn’t even think were the best quality, but took the time to also so me alternatives. I think her name was Tonya. What really surprised me was that she knew where the nearest 24 hour emergency vet is. Since my cat is special-needs, this is a critical piece of info. This is a manager who knows her stuff and her team seems to be supportive of her because I saw them working. The store is clean and even though they are still working on stockinf things up, the animals dish and birds seem healthy. She did mention she is not going to do cat adoptions until she can locate a rescue group she trusts.

Yes I met the other manager Everyone was talking about, a male, and he did not seem very kind to anyone but that’s the way it is I guess when you have a temporary manager. I only hope this new lady is here to stay because she really made a difference with me . Pet Supermarket looks like they’re serious about turning around the store, because they seem to have made one hell of an investment in this manager.

Not a lot of pets here for sale, very limited selection which included some dwarf hamsters, one cockatiel, and 2 parakeets, plus some fish. Bonus that they carried my dog food and store was well stocked with supplies. They really should have Guinea Pigs, they make great pets for kids.

I like this pet store, although I couldn't find doggy gates. Anyway, the staff is awesome and it's pet friendly, of course. The last Thursday of the month, they give a military discount (If I understand the system).

The staff were helpful and friendly. I couldn't find a treat I wanted to get for my dog and I showed them the Amazon listing for it and they knew exactly where it was and had it in stock. I also had a question about their return policy in case the harness I was buying for my dog didn't fit and they were great about answering my questions. The store was clean, not crowded, and I got in and out quickly.

Another great experience today. Despite a torrential downpour on a dreary day, the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions -- so many questions tonight -- and never got exasperated with me.

Erika was delightful. She helped me with all the things I needed for my Leopard gecko. Had all the snacks. Daniel checked me out. Very friendly smile and great information

I come here for my Belgian Malinois's food, toys and treats and this place has it all! Oda "my dog" and I love this place. The staff is super friendly kind and helpful. I can not say enough about how the people that work here left an impression on me.

Great source for pet needs. Reasonable prices. Toys for cats, dogs, ferrets/hamsters/other. Their fish tanks look clean and well cared for. They have some beautiful birds like finches, cockatoos, and parrots for sale too. Workers are nice and helpful while very upbeat. Good energy. Pet friendly store to bring your dog into if it's a nice one.

Great selection for all types of animals. I brought my brothers dog in to get her a new collar and leash and one of the men working there was super helpful. He was great with Kali and helped find the perfect set up for her. As far as options go it’s the best in the area. We don’t have a ton around here and for pets this is a great place.

Everyone is always very friendly and very knowledgeable. Under the new management I have seen a big difference in the cleanliness of the store and products carried.
