We went through the process of changing some family trust issues on everything from Homeownes, Flood, Fire, Auto, and Umbrella Insurances. I thought these were decent people, but after selling the house and asking them to cancel the policy, they were unreasonable in that accommodation, hiding behind the "policy" word. I can't recommend that anyone work with these people.
