Two years ago I had 2 wisdom teeth that were really bothering me. I was looking through Google reviews and found a dentist in midtown. I went there and got treatment plan for further treatment and cost of that treatment was about $7000. Removal of 2 wisdom teeth and 2-3 fillings with insurance coverage. I was told I had tartar and if I didn't get a cleaning (I had to pay about $400 for my upper left teeth, $400 for my lower left teeth, etc.) I would be toothless in my 30s. I was not planning to spend this much money. It was a disaster and scary.
Then a friend of mine recommended Dr. James Ong to me. The staff was very professional and kind. Dr. James Ong removed my wisdom teeth, put in fillings, and I had amazing cleaning, fully covered with my insurance. The total bill was about $1500 (this was last August).
I had a routine cleaning yesterday. There is a new super kind hygienist working there. I forgot to ask her name. But everything went smoothly and quickly. She was great. I highly recommend Dr. James Ong for your dental care. Save time, money, and your health!

I had appointments for a cleaning and to replace a filling. Both spots went very quickly and smoothly, went back to the dentist “on time” in accordance with my appt. Overall it was a very thorough and painless exam!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Ong approximately 15+ years. He always takes us right away for emergencies. He is up to date regarding all new techniques. He seems to enjoy his job. We get our teeth cleaned twice a year and have always been pleased with the hygentis they employ. But the best part of our visits are seeing Ellie. She knows all aspects of Dr Ong's business and always meets us with a smile and caring.

Dr. Ong and his team have been taking care of my teeth for a while and last month I needed their help with an old bridge that was failing. I was seen immediately and all treatment was virtually painless and exacting. I absolutely love my new smile. Dr. Ong pays attention to aesthetics and I have a new set of teeth that are a perfect fit and perfectly matched to the surrounding teeth. I'm very happy with the entire experience.

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. James Ong as my dentist in Key West for 13 years. He has done root canals, crowns, an implant, fixed broken teeth. Last week I broke a front tooth. Dr. Ong was nice enough to work thru his lunch hour to help me out. He was able to create a new crown for me in that single visit. I could not have been happier. My wife and I trust his work and agree he is an excellent dentist. His staff is very friendly and professional. We highly recommend!

Excellent service is what you'll find here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hygienist is very thorough and has the lightest touch, it is like an angel is cleaning your teeth! I'm very happy with the work the dentist has done for me as well. He takes his time and does it right.

This dental services provider's office is an state of the art place. Dr Ong is very knowledgeable and does great reconstructive work. His hygienist is superior, very accommodating, professional and has such a soft touch. I moved to Miami and still commute to KW to get my dental care with this provider.

My husband are down on vacation and his temp partial broke. We thought we would have to make a long day of finding someone to glue it in until we get home next week but key west dental saved the day! They got us right in first thing and my husband was back to our camper in 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

Walk into this office and you immediately realize it's an ultra-contemporary class A operation. Sparkling-clean procedure rooms, gleaming equipment, patient video and uniformed staff. Dr. Ong is clearly top-notch competency not only in current technical dentistry, but also personable and patient-centered. If you've never experienced the benefit of having a crown measured, made and fitted all in one short visit, be prepared to be impressed with his 3-D printing technology. Lastly, but not of lesser importance, the dental assistant/technician makes teeth-cleaning almost enjoyable.

Dr. Ong has been available to me for every emergency I have had with my teeth and it has been plenty. I cannot thank him enough for that. Dr. Ong has saved me a lot of money due to his expertise on dentistry. His staff is super nice and professional. I highly recommend him.

These guys seem pretty awesome. I called them with a request for an emergency appointment because I broke two of my molars and one crown on one. I got in the same day I called and they helped me with the tooth and the pain. Recommended a great dr for a root canal which went smoothly. Scheduled to get two crowns with them next month. Let's see how it goes. So far so good.

Key west dental saw me immediately for an urgently needed appointed even though i had never been there before. They relieved my pain which was excruciating and fixed the problem. They were thorough and kind. Always explained what they were going to do and best of all Painless!!!! Cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Ong and his team are excellent. I had a need for a tooth extraction and implant. Dr. Ong explained the entire process and outlined all the costs. The procedures went well. Everyone is very professional, and Dr. Ong was outstanding.

AWESOME! The time to get in as a new patient was short, the office staff was very nice, and I actually got to see the dentist as well as the hygienist! I have had some dentition problems historically, but the dentist did not yell at me about them.

Wow! Was told by previous dentist that I had a cavity under my crown and would need to have an expensive procedure. With the high image X-rays Dr Ong told me that there wasn’t anything wrong and didn’t need the work. He made suggestions on how I could cosmetically improve my teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental care!
