Parrot Key Hotel & Villas

We came with several couples for the Mile 0 Music Festival. The resort is very nice and very well maintained! Every one in our group had rooms with water views. All our rooms were very clean and spacious. The restaurant and bar are nice. Food is good. The overall environment and experience was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it! There is a Walgreens right next door with a liquor store. Winn- Dixie grocery store across the road. 10 minutes drive to most downtown destinations. We made friends with out first taxi driver from airport and he took care of us the whole time we were here.

Ashley Roberts and Angie really came through! They made moves to accommodate myself and 4 others for our friend’s bachelorette party! They were so nice and warm, helped us, went above and beyond without expectations and were just on IT! We are so grateful, thank you!!! The rooms are SO nice like a whole house. Great location. And vibes!

I made reservations for April 2024. I have keeping an eye on the reviews. I wanted to give the hotel a chance, but there are just so many about mold and service. I called to cancel and Paula was very nice. Did not make excuses and was very polite. Her service was top notch. Hopefully they rectify the mold issue.

A must stop! Pool bar is the best for day drinks! Chris and Jake definitely take care of you! Sit and have fun and enjoy your time. Food is awesome...but drinks are better!!

From the moment I checked-in to even after I was checked-out and was home, Ashley was professional friendly and very courteous. We had a pleasant weekend getaway with our kids before ending summer vacation. The room was nice & clean. We got a suite which made it feel more like a home, separating the room where the kids stay. They have 4 pool with one by the bar 👍🏼. Minutes away from Mallory Square and the historic downtown. But honestly what topped it for us was how Ashley went out of her way to help me retrieve my baby’s hospital blanket that I forgot when we checked out. She went through the hassle of looking for it, calling the laundry company and once she found it, she made sure to ship it back home. To many it might not mean much but to ME, it meant the world! My baby is almost 4 yrs old & besides that blanket being one of her favorites, that is the blanket she used when she was born including have taken her newborn pictures with. Honestly, I never expected her to do this for me and I will forever be thankful she was able to retrieve it! ❤🙏 Thank you again Ashley to you and your staff! 🙏 We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Key West! 💯

The best part of this whole experience was the bartender out at the bar/restaurant by the pool. Great guy. The hotel itself is nice. My only complaint would be the shower. Mostly the hot water part of it was very unreliable even for just a quick shower it would go from boiling hot to freezing cold.

Beautiful property in Key West and exceptional staff from the front desk , Valet to the Bell Man. Can not recommend this hotel more for your next stay in Key West! Love it!

This place was amazing! There were four pools to relax by, little sandy beaches around the property to play games on or lay on a hammock. Depending on which room you got, ours had a balcony out front and one off of the bedroom. The staff was super friendly. It's located about 2.5 miles from downtown

Amazing resort style accommodations with relaxing pools, views, and rooms. They have a bar/restaurant/pool combo that stays open until about 11pm. Valet your car for $25/night.

The valet is really not a big deal. Most hotels have a full time valet, and the guys we’re fast and courteous. The pool scenery was exceptional with manicured palms and other tropical plants,.Service was 5 star, because the staff is interested in being helpful and friendly. We rented wave runners and the ride was well worth the money. I don’t want to give this place a good review because I would like it to remain affordable and less crowded. Best place we stayed in Florida.

Absolutely one of the nicest and cleanest Hotels in key west. Not cheap at all, but you get what you pay for. We had a excellent vacation. Tyvm. Mike Pappas

This hotel was awesome. Very clean rooms and the staff was mostly great. Loved the vibe with all the tropical vegetation. Not a party hotel better for couples /family.

Amazing resort. Comfortable rooms with patios or balconies. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Staff was friendly and shuttle service was great.

We loved our stay at the Parrot Key Hotel and Villas. The location, the service and staff, and the amenities were outstanding. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had breakfast at the Grove Kitchen and Bar inside the hotel and it was very nice. The pools, the landscaping, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel were so relaxing. And the sunset from the back sand area of the hotel, close to the water, was so beautiful to watch. There’s valet parking and complimentary shuttle service to the beach and downtown. There’s also a Walgreens nearby which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel if you visit Key West.

It is a very nice hotel friendly staff, everything was good but they should clean the pool a little bit more and the price is also a little bit high , but the other things are perfect

My family and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everything was absolutely incredible from the second we arrived and we’re greeted by valet and the bellman until check out we had the best experience. The grounds are immaculate and so peaceful. The staff, we cannot say enough good things about. Every single one of them, in every department, was so kind & welcoming, greeting/acknowledging you at each passing, and very attentive. We had a few problems - like our fan not working and a nail head popped up on a deck board on our porch, the front desk was very responsive and quick to answer phone calls and the maintenance and cleaning crews responded just as quickly. The 4 pools, stunning and so nice to have the option to spread out to a different pool and you never feel like it is too crowded. The restaurant staff also come around and wait on you at all of the pools which is such a nice bonus. You truly get what you pay for at this hotel and the experience is one of a kind. This is our new go to place in Key West and if you’re smart you’ll make it yours too!!

Perfect experience. The room was huge and overlooked the pool. Free shuttle everyday to beaches and Duval st.
