Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Key West at The Keys Collection

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield! It has a central location and they have options for parking big rigs for a fee. They also have a free shuttle to downtown which was very nice. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast and beverages and they have hotels that we were allowed to use the amenities at. We loved all the pools and wildlife (chickens & iguanas). Comfortable, quiet rooms. Overall I enjoy the northern keys the most, but if I were to return to Key West, I would gladly stay here again.

Staying here was a great experience. Free hot breakfast each morning was on point. The pool and pool deck area are huge and very clean. The fitness center was modest but had enough to fill in the gaps while on vacation. The room we stayed in was updated and clean. Smart TV with streaming services and we could hook up the Nintendo Switch for gaming.

The bathroom is a bit of an odd setup with the barn door and no segregation of shower, vanity or commode. Not a deal breaker, but other properties we've stayed at will separate the commode or shower so more than one person can be in the bathroom at a time (the shower enclosure is clear glass so no privacy there).

All the staff is very kind and welcoming including housekeeping who are happy to greet you on the way to the lobby for breakfast or to the pool for a swim. We requested additional towels during our stay and the request was fulfilled quickly and with a smile.

The location is convenient to get in and out of. You're on an island - Everything is close by! They do offer a shuttle service you can reserve but we did not utilize it.

We had a very nice experience while staying at this hotel.

It’s really wonderful having a free breakfast every morning with your room love the oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon and walnuts. Scrambled eggs make your own waffles lots of items to pick. Rooms are always clean comfortable, and the staff was always pleasant

Great experience at one of the most affordable Marriott properties in KW. Had a question after same-day booking, and when I used the in-app chat the manager (Derwin?) called me to expedite the answer. Once onsite I found the staff to be as cordial and helpful as he was. Enjoyed meeting him onsite - it’s clear he & staff know they are in the hospitality business. Did not use the concierge but his interactions with others showed a similar dedication to hospitality as well as decades of KW knowledge.

Breakfast buffet stayed stocked and offers plenty of options including fresh waffles. Pool & pool bartender were a nice reprieve along with the first-come cabanas.

Definitely an option for our future Key West trips!

If you don't mind not being right on the beach, this is a good place to stay! Loved all the roosters wondering around the property! The hotel even provides earplugs incase they get a little noisy. But we didn't hear anything from the animals or people! The pool area is set up very nicely with a bar on site! The room we had was huge, nice and clean!

We had amazing stay. It was our one year anniversary. The location was amazing. The property very clean. They have someone who cleans to the property continuously. The front desk Miss. Sonika was so helpful and amazing from checking in and out. She always made sure our shuttle was scheduled for pick up which is free. They have amazing breakfast daily. Very family environment. Room service was great.Property is close to the water and airport. I would give this place a 10. Definitely worth the stay. We will be back. Beautiful property.

I left 5 items of clothing in my room's closet. My mistake and I accept responsibility for my negligence. However, less than 24 hours upon my checking out, realizing my mistake, I called the front desk who said housekeeping would call back.
When a member of my family went to ask, nothing had been found...
Therefore I question your housekeeping staff's honesty....

We had a great stay. Sonika & Suman were very helpful and friendly. It was our first time at Key West and they suggested us with various activities, made sure we had our shuttle tickets. The room was clean, had parking, breakfast was great.

My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend trip and loved every minute of it!! The lobby is bright and modern, and the front desk service was always quick, helpful and friendly. We didn’t get a king room as we had hoped, but the two double beds were just as nice in a clean and modern guest room. We liked the access to a mini fridge and microwave to make snacks! The best part of our stay was the pool and poolside bar with bartender MJ. She treated us so well all weekend long and had great insight about where to go on Key West. It was so nice seeing her friendly face every day when we came to the pool and it was helpful to chat with someone who knew everything about the bars/restaurants/entertainment scene. The pool was unexpectedly big and was so nice and warm, plus there were tons of great lounge chairs with towel service. And there’s a Sunday funday at the pool with all day happy hour! All in all very impressed. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had, and there were so many healthy options - plus it runs until 11AM WOW! Lastly, we loved the hourly shuttle that took us downtown everyday, so convenient and helpful. 10/10 hotel, we loved it here and felt like we were treated so well.

Great hotel on the north side of the island. Great shuttle and a lot of options for the free breakfast. Rooms were clean newly renovated and great water pressure for key west. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is excellent in price and quality of service. The only trade off is the distance from downtown Key West. However there is a shuttle service if you pay for the $24.99 amenities fee, in which you get 2 free drinks (water or soda) and parking ($14.95) on top of the shuttle. The shuttle ride is 10 min, and it arrives a little bit after the scheduled time. It’s a good deal!

The gentlemen at the front desk (Suman) who helped us and explained everything to us was very patient, thorough and didn’t pressure us to do it one way or the other. He even allowed us to park the next day so that we can tour Key West on the second day after our hotel checkout!

The room was large too. Plenty of space for multiple luggage even with a king size bed.

Truly amazing service for the affordable price!

A great place to stay overall. Breakfast had lots of options and the waffles were delicious! Take all those tourist guides and leave them at home. Rent a bike right at the hotel from Carlos the Concierge and let him show you where to go around the Key. So many little streets to cruise down. Great experience.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, the pool was nice with the bar and the free breakfast was good. Delvin was very kind when we spoke to him at the front desk too!

A very nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast with something for everyone.
The rooms are big enough and there are free bottles of water. A
great pool and gym. Great price to use the washer and dryer for $1 each. The hotel is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this location there are three sister hotels we stayed at the gates and were able to use the Fairfield as much as we wanted the pool was better there so we did spend some time but the crowd was a little younger and Rowdy so we didn't hang out there really like having the options of the three hotels

I was a little scared to come here after reading some of the other negative reviews, but I have to say, my experience here was excellent. Our room was clean (no horrible smells, dirty carpet, or bedbugs), all the staff were really nice, the location was quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. Resort fee is ehhh, but you kinda gotta expect that if you're traveling to a place like Key West. Don't be scared off by other reviews — this place is nice!

Also, if you're complaining about roosters and iguanas... why are you in Key West?
