Such a great experience at this Verizon! Carl at this store on Rio was incredibly helpful - best customer service I've received at Verizon! He took the time to set up my new phone and answered every question with thoughtfulness. If you need help with Verizon, go to this store!

I transferred from AT&T and was incredibly displeased with their customer service when I went to their store at the Barracks shopping mall. My phone was broken, and they basically just gave me a pamphlet and told me to figure it out for myself.

Given this a review for Verizon, I'll focus on the stellar service I received here and from Carl. He went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and set up new phones for my wife and me. I'm beyond pleased and hope that anyone in the market for a new phone or phone service will frequent this business.

As soon as I walked into the store, Andrew greeted us with a smile. I had my mind set on upgrading to the iPhone 15 and Andrew assisted me with making that happen! Thank you Andrew for being professional and very personable! Very satisfied with how everything went. 10/10!

I was greeted promptly when I walked in by Rashad . He was awesome 😎. He helped me upgrade my iPhone to the newest iPhone . I was very pleased with the whole interaction. He got me the best deal also. I was in and out in 20mins. Will be returning for all needs

We had a very pleasant experience with Andrew. He was calm and helpful and explained everything well. The whole process of getting a new phone, switching numbers and lines took about 45 mins.

After experiencing Hell at the Ruckersville Verizon store with Earl, the” know it all” … I came to have all my issues resolved with the help of Kisa and the staff at the Rio Rd store. What began as a nightmare ended up with a quick friendly and easy experience. DO NOT GO TO RUCKERSILLE VERIZON.

Manager was really helpful. She gave me all the info I wanted, was really courteous and not pushy and she also gracefully problem solved for her coworkers at the same time.

Riley was extraordinarily helpful on my visit today. He was most generous, patient and good humored about resolving my situation even while I fumbled with my own codes and passwords. Altogether excellent service. Thank you Riley!

Went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait a little while because it was busy, but my issue was resolved quickly once I was taken.

I dealt with 3 different people there because our new iphones were having issues. (Partly the fault of Apple and part Verizon.) Jasmine spent hours helping me out. I even left and came back while she was on hold with tech support and she didn't give up. She got me all set up and she was super nice the whole time. We also had a great experience with BJ. He is very knowledgeable. The manager was very helpful too. It's not any of their faults that the wait time is long!

Many thanks to BJ and Jasmine! They helped my husband and I get and set up new phones and they were both so patient and kind! Not surprised to see other nice reviews of them on here! Thank you both. Verizon is lucky to have you!

I’m sharing a review on behalf of my 82 yr old mother. A guy named Brenton helped her with her iPhone purchase in addition to many other issues that she was struggling with. I think she went to the store three days in a row with questions and problems. Based on her report to my sisters and me, Brenton was a saving grace as he patiently and repeatedly answered her questions. We’re very appreciative of Brenton!

Courteous, professional and very helpful. I've yet to enter that store and not be wowed with the customer service.

Scheduled a appointment to pick up my new phone. Someone greets you at the entrance and lets you inside. I was in and out within five minutes, highly efficient. I strongly recommend an appointment since I left and there was a line forming.

Had a great experience at this location yesterday. BJ, the rep that helped me, was great- friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Was in and out, no issues- great service. I typically interact with Verizon on the phone or online- but I’ll be back to this location. Thank you!

For a Black Friday sale, Verizon had everything covered. Lots of nice 'extra' people there to help. I got a great deal on a phone, and adjusted our account a bit. Thank you for making it a very pleasant experience.

Went in on November 1st and had a great and easy experience. I was adding a phone to my plan and knew exactly which one I wanted. Brittany was really helpful! I had an outdated plan so she helped me come up with what would work best for my family. I basically ended up saving money going from two phones to three. After we were done she walked me to the door and she just made me feel special as a customer! She even texted me a couple days later about a rebate that I forgot to mention again before leaving! It was an overall amazing experience.

I read the negative reviews of this store (Rio) and wasn't looking forward to going in, but since it was close to the hotel I stayed at, took a chance. SO glad I did. From the pleasant woman who opened the door and took my name to Kirstin S's above and beyond service I could not have been more pleased. Friendly, polite and helpful was the name of the day. Hats off to Kirstin who took a complicated, lengthy issue and not only made it pleasant, but also never gave up during the hour plus it took to solve the problem, making multiple calls to other locations, customer service and "indirect supervisors". If I could hire someone to work for me, or give her a raise I would in a heartbeat. She provided customer service in a way rarely seen these days with a gracious tenacity that would make any employer happy.

I wish someone would've have told me that getting a new phone was that simple. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by Verizon associate Jasmine, who by the way was very polite, welcoming, and helpful with getting me signed in. I was quickly serviced by another Verizon associate, Andrew, who also was helpful with explaining how the new phone worked, suggestions on protection plans, and very understandable with my questions. I would highly recommend this Verizon location to anyone in need of a new service, a new phone, or have any questions about they're current plan. Thank you again!
