Christin was able to answer all my questions. She was very helpful. I didn't feel like I was bothering her with all my questions like I did at other places. I feel Christin is an asset to your company.

The price for a 10x10 unit was unbeatable compared to other local units. It's even a gated community, LOL. Setting up my account with auto-pay was a breeze. Excellent, and friendly service. I highly recommend them!

The storage units are very well kept all around, always swept, no trash ever, always plowed when snow. Employees are friendly, and place is secured tightly which have to do with the surrounding gate around the property. I would recommend this facility 10/10 times.

Most amazing staff. I had to switch up to a larger unit, the manager went above and beyond and made that transition so smooth! Extremely clean units and property! We are on disability and don't get paid until the 3rd, the office was so understanding and was able to note the account and work with us! Just over all a really great experience. I HIGHGLY RECOMMEND!

I loved this place the moment I saw it. I was happy with the price and the staff was phenomenal and respectful with arms wide open. I would definitely recommend friends or family to store with them. Haven't been there too long so can't say much other than my first experience/ first impression of the staff and facility.

Easy online set up! We had issues with the gate code we were given after we reserved our unit. The young man who worked there was leaving to head home from work. He opened the office back up to get us a new code and made sure we had no issues before he left. Excellent customer service!

The manager, even though he is leaving, was fantastic! He answered all our questions and got us all set up with a unit in no time! Sad to see him leave but wish him the best! Hope the new manager can give just as amazing customer service as him! The unit is very spacious, clean, and in a great location!

I had an awesome experience with Self Storage at Centerra for the past two years. Jordan immediately had available units and provided me locks. The units were clean, the facility is gated and it was easy access. Unfortunately for me, my debit card had fraud charges a couple of times during this period which affected my auto payment. Jordan was completely understanding and did not charge any late fees until I could get a new card. I would highly recommend Self Storage at Centerra 💜 LB
