We had to return Vans to this store because they started to fall apart after about a week. They were dirty on the bottom from being worn but the lady asked no questions and exchanged them with a new pair. I appreciated that kind of customer service.

He was able to understand what I wanted and order the product into the store for me. I would personally shop Zumiez because of Derek and his service and dedication of the product he provided.
