So grateful for the McKee team after a really unfortunate experience at another office! Originally, I was not able to get in for a couple months or so, but they put me on a cancellation list and I literally got in within a couple weeks. The front desk staff was kind and informative. Reilly was my hygienist and such a gem! Initially I was a bit anxious, but she was so kind and knowledgeable that I quickly became more at ease. She was communicative throughout the entire process and walked me through the x-rays while explaining the findings/next steps. The dentist I saw was lovely as well and I hope to be at this office for quite a while!

I’ve been going to McKee Family Dentistry since my grandfather passed away (my only other dentist) Dr. McArtor and his team are super, attentive, knowledgeable, detail oriented and always remember our past conversations which shows they care.

I had a new patient appointment here after moving to Loveland. The check in process was easy at the front desk and the staff was friendly. It was great that they were able to reach out to my previous dentist to get x-rays so we did not have to redo all of them. The dental hygienist was very thorough with the initial exam and cleaning. She recommended some improvements to my dental care routine that I don’t mind implementing. Dr. Allison examined my teeth and pointed out some areas of concern and suggestions. I do not feel like they pushed any unnecessary products or procedures on me; I thought the dentist and staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone new in town.

They are fantastic! The whole team is awesome from the staff up front and all the way to the Hygenists and the Dentists. They are always on time and so efficient. You really can't go wrong here, they are the best team!

I have been a patient of Dr Feichtinger for many years. He is very personable and has given me exceptional dental care over these many years. I highly recommend him and his staff.

McKee Family Dentistry is very welcoming, making it a great experience for a new patient. My hygienist, Nicole, was professional and listened carefully to my concerns. She offered helpful suggestions and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my cleaning procedure. Dr. Brown completed a thorough examination and told me what his impressions were of my dental health. The people at the front desk were also very friendly. Everyone made a great first impression!

Update: the office manager Sarah reached out to me and wrote off the remainder of my bill, due to the miscommunication. I am updating my review to 5 stars, because my in-patient visit was pleasant. Unfortunately since they are no longer in-network for my insurance plan, we will have to find a new dentist.

McKee lists Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP on their website as an accepted insurance provider. Nowhere do they mention that it is not actually in-network. And when calling to schedule the appointment, and providing detailed insurance plan info, they never had the courtesy to point out I am out of network. There is a freakin' picture of BCBS FEP on their WEBSITE which of course made me assume it was in-network.

After my appointment I paid $68 in person, and then a month later they sent me a bill for $210. I called to ask why they didn't point out I was out of network and I couldn't get a straight answer.

Very friendly! My husband just had a new patient appointment yesterday and he said everyone was amazing. He got there early and they got him in very quickly. He said the cleaning was great and the dentist was very nice and explained things well. I am glad we decided to schedule at McKee Family Dentistry.

I’m new to the area I found McKee Dentistry by looking at reviews on the internet . I have a lot of anxiety with any type of dental work. I was needing a tooth extracted, and prepped for an implant Dr. Brown did an amazing job. It’s by far one of the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. His staff was very attentive, and so helpful.

I have gone to Dr. Feichtinger for over 20+ years…. He is always so helpful and I feel so comfortable with him doing my dental care. I had, Alana, for my dental hygienist today and she was wonderful, personable and enjoyable to have cleaning my teeth!
I want to add that McKee Dentistry has always been on time with my appointments, I have never waited long after my scheduled time.
The front ladies that are there to greet you and check you in, are friendly and patient! I love this place….

Hygienist was super. Very professional, talked me through each step, offered cleaning choices, and had an incredible gentle touch. Dr Allison extremely knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and always a joy to talk to. Highly recommended dental practice for their care, patient follow-up, and professionalism.

I have been with a patient for over 25 years. I have great trust in the hygienist and dentists due to their caring nature. My latest experience was a tooth extraction that lasted for three hours. Even with this difficult experience, Dr. Eric made sure that I was comfortable and kept checking to make sure that I was in no pain. This is making my recovery much better than expected.
I was even contacted by phone to be sure that I was recovering satisfactorily. Just to be sure that I was having no issues and answer any questions. Thank you to everyone at McKee Family Dentistry. My health is an excellent hands.

Took very great care of me, and took all the necessary steps to make sure everything was correctly done! Dr. Brown was very reassuring, and also applied very educational skills to help ease anxiety! 10/10 would recommend!
