I always thought owning a Mini isn’t just about having “a car”; in a way it feels like joining a club. It's a unique experience. Mini owners share a true passion for their vehicles, which are undeniably the cutest on the roads. I love how elegant yet humble they are, not to mention their great performance - they aren’t just nice-looking, they are little beasts and so much fun to drive. I feel incredibly proud to finally own a Mini.

Bought a Mini EV 1st part of April 2024. We love the car, perfect get around town car. The car has tons of features we love. We got a great deal on our lease with the rebates etc. Our sales rep Jacob was awesome - he will go out of his way to make sure things are done right and got us what we needed. Finance was quick and the Mini expert was very helpful.

Just this past weekend we had a road hazard that blew out on one of the tires around midnight . Called road side assistance, they got us a Uber home and towed the car to the dealership for repair at no charge. Great service. Highly recommend Mini of Loveland

Out of state buyer here. Found my blue 2022 Golf R manual. Since it’s an… uncommon car it was the closest one that had what I wanted on it. Jared was great. He sent me a few videos of the car right after I called. I’m a very picky buyer but he entertained all of my questions, going back and forth with me for the better part of two weeks. Even though out of state purchases aren’t common at this dealer, he and Jacob worked with me to get all of the paperwork and financing handled. When I got there, Brice helped me put protective film on it for the long drive back and they had me out of the dealership 20 minutes after I got there. It was stressful, buying a car sight unseen, but they made the process as easy as it could be considering the circumstances. Would 100% recommend them; they’ll work with you and I couldn’t be happier with the car

I recently purchased my new Mini Cooper from Mini of Loveland. First time to purchase a car sight unseen. Matt "Coach" Dale contacted me initially and guided me through the process. It took a couple of months for my car to actually make it to the dealership but Matt was always there to keep me informed of my car's status. Signing the papers was a piece of cake. It has taken anywhere from 4-6 hours to close on a car. Which anyone can attest to is not the most fun part about purchasing a car. Papers were sent to our home and we signed in front of a notary. Less than an hour to sign. A few days later, I flew to Denver to actually see my car and drive it home to Oklahoma. Stan Ricker (cool hat guy) was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and explained all the details of driving a Mini. When we got to the dealership, Matt and Stan had been kind enough to cover the car and did an unveiling for me. All of the attention for me was above and beyond anything I had experienced before when buying a car. I absolutely love my new JCW Mini Cooper but the overall experience, the ease of closing and the personal attention I received put this experience of car buying at the very top. Last weekend we went to Loveland to test drive one of the new 2017 Minis. My previous Mini convertible (Lucy) was an '09 and I was looking forward to the upgrades of the newer model, though I loved Lucy. I got there thinking that I'd order a new one as the blue that was on the lot was my second choice, but Shawn Eppel sold me on the blue. It had everything I wanted and was available immediately.

I generally dread the process of new car purchase. It's an entire day by the time it's all said and done. We were completely finished within a few hours, and I had the rest of the day to drive my great new car.

We've made a number of Mini purchases at Mini of Loveland, and each time the staff has gone above and beyond our expectations with regard to their helpfulness, knowledge, and utter and complete lack of "pushy salespeople". When it's time for maintenance, they're fast and efficient, and we've never had a moment's issue with our Minis in the past.
