U-Haul Storage of Loveland

Very nice, very professional, and answered all my questions with the perfect amount of sarcastic comfort. Lol. Nah but really the people here were very nice and professional. I would choose this place over others any day, no matter the distance. Great experience as a first time u-haul renter. Truck was clean, full of gas, and problem free.

Darlene was nothing but nice to us. We showed up without a reservation and she got us a truck instantly for a good price. She was kind, helpful, and gave us everything we needed.

Darlene was very helpful and kind and our experience went smoothly which I am thankful for since it’s my first time renting a U-Haul. She clearly marked all the important information on the paperwork and told us to call if we needed help or had questions. She also helped us get our trailer on and walked us through hooking it up properly. Thank you Darlene!

I don't ever write reviews... But the customer service here on both occasions that I walked into the store was phenomenal. Based on what I've seen, you would be foolish to go anywhere else for any service that U-Haul Storage of Loveland offers.

My mom recently passed away unexpectedly and Darlene and Bridget were so helpful in getting her units taken care of.
Genuinely helpful and caring gals. Ty so much for making a difficult time less stressful.

Darlene, the owner, was kind, knowledgeable. Just professional and helpful at the same time! She told me exactly what supplies I needed and helped me install them. She double checked my lights and the locking mechanism for the trailer so I felt safe.

Darlene is amazing! She is always friendly and helpful anytime you see her on site.

All the units are outside and can drive up to each one easily. Darlene also has a 15' truck I have rented a few times.

After a few mishaps with uhaul from our move from CA I got sent over to this property. Although out of our way the owner made the drive worth it because she was so nice and accommodating. The facility is clean and easy to navigate and the service was awesome. Thank you for making my move to CO a little bit better :)

Great store!!!Excellent customer service and even followed up with me after I rented my truck to see how I was doing and if I needed another truck! Just so happen I did. Darlene and team are a pleasant to do business with! Will definitely use this location again and refer them to our friends and family!

After about half an hour of online mess and headache, I gave up and decided to give one of the stores in the area a call. Darlene picked up on the other end... She was very understanding and caring and also helped me sort out the online mess, the system and I had created. The women working here when I picked up my truck was just amazing! Easy to get in and out....she was flexible and so friendly!! Made that part of my move easier!!

The MOST accommodating and helpful staff that I have ever experienced. They are front, helpful, and amazing human beings! If you have to store your property anywhere, you are wasting your money your time and your happiness by not storing it at this location.

I was worried about pulling a car and storage upon arrival, u-haul offered me a feasible solution for both! Very convenient. Staff was helpful and imformative in both billings and Loveland :)
