Sparkman Park

This park is gorgeous. Great disc golf courses too. Very well kept and lots of area to wander around and enjoy the outdoors. Be careful around the stream though. Saw several snakes over the last month or so.

Great place picnic, take dog for walk, and watch kid play ball. Just beautiful area, had not been here in years.

This is a cute little place with a river attached and a couple of pavilions that can be rented ahead of time for events.

Very nice walking trail. Very pleasant and picturesque place to spend time. Great picnic areas with lots of tables. Splash pad for young ones. Pool wasn't open but I'm sure it's just as nice as the rest of the park. Can't wait to plan my next day at this park.

Great place to meet up for puppy play dates after the freezing weather.

Such a beautiful & pleasant experience! My husband & I enjoy a walk at least 3-4 times a week around the park trails. We've had lunch picnics there too. It's a neighborhood friendly & has activities such as fishing & disc golf along with playgrounds & pavilions. We're glad it's close to home.

Great place to take the kids and let them burn some energy. Has 3 different playground as far as i know for kids to play on. Also has a nice size lake to fish in or just enjoy the view.

This park is amazing! Two well marked, fun disc golf courses, walking track that goes on and on and... , Stocked fishing pond with biting fish, active ball fields, very well groomed for guys and gal ball, aquatic center that is truly a gem. But most importantly, the people are incredibly friendly . Also, ball fields snack bars open and cooking up some great smelling food and ice cold Sweet tea is available. Get here. You'll love it!

Love it! Family friendly. Several different rec options like swings, baseball/softball, soccer, pavilions to rent, walking trails, frisbee golf, stream, fishing, and beautiful natural backgrounds for pics. Kept up and garbage taken care of too. Don't let cars in the parking lot alarm you. It's large enough to accommodate large crowds without feeling crowded.

This is a beautiful city park. Ball fields, two disc golf courses, a very long walking path, multiple playgrounds, sand volleyball, and picnic areas, and a small Creek and lake.. We had a blast playing disc golf. Very nice and challenging courses. Be sure to read the maps prior to starting your rounds.

Awesome park with walking trails, a pond you can fish at, pavilions, different sports activities, a swimming pool and splash pad

The disc golf course is amazing! There are actually two 18 hole courses that are well maintained. The park is very well taken care of and extremely child friendly!! My husband and I will definitely be coming back.

I take all 3 of my children almost every weekend to play on the playground that's a fairly decent size swinging the swings that they got separate from a playground and the top it all off to have a crate running through on the side of the playground that my kids absolutely loved seeing the Crawfish in yes and they have crawfish or crawdaddy's whatever you call call them so family-friendly place and I've never ran into any hostility or any crazy people also had one of kids birthday parties there her first one actually and we rented a gazebo and it was only fifty bucks to rent the entire kazeebo out all they ask is you clean up after you get done never nice and the transaction was really good and everything

Has to be one of the best small town parks I've ever been in. Something for everyone. Frisbee golf, swings, soccer fields, creek with bridge, walking tracks and open spaces. Plenty of pavilion eating or open picnic tables. Multiple entrances so be sure to drive all around to find your ideal spot.

Lovely place for a stroll or to just hang out. Atmosphere is great and it is pet friendly, so bring the doggos!

Very nice, clean, safe feeling park. The playgrounds are small but ok, there is a pond, and also a disc golf course.

Great place to play, walk, and just enjoy nature

Great park, clean, shady, and a nice place to run! I love the main pavilion with the large double carcoal grills. We used it for our family Thanksgiving this year and had a great time!
