Grocery pickup is always so fast and convenient! Employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Customer service is not dead at Hartselle Kroger! I appreciate the kindness and excellent service, I received from several associates. Moving to a new area is never easy.

Pharmacy is great and so are the employees...Mandy is great...saw Laura..Calvin and Dusty today...stock up for Thanksgiving

Crowded but good sales fast check out

Really good experience; the girl with the long black hair was so nice and super helpful (not to mention very funny). I definitely see myself making this my go-to station (Especially if she’s there)
Fingers crossed she’ll let me take her out for some ski ball and bowling sometime 😩🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
But if not, that’s okay too. 10/10. Will continue to come back 👍

Was helped by a girl with dark hair at the gas station, and it was literally the best service I’ve ever had. Could not believe how nice and helpful she was. Will be going by every day as part of my routine!

I like shopping here because they give a lot of coupons both through the mail and with your receipt. If you look around you can always find a few things marked down. The gas points are a great perk too. We always save a dollar a gallon on our gas each month.

Mrs. Andrea in the deli department solved an "almost" major Thanksgiving dinner disaster for me ! She did not skip a beat when I called and was frantic because I thought I had placed an order for a turkey dinner for my family .to Come to find out the order did not go through online. She was as cool as a cucumber ,she took my order , and said I could be there in 10 minutes to pick it up. She provided a Thanksgiving miracle in 10 minutes. Unfortunately , I personally do not ever get this level of customer service anywhere I go and this is customer service at its finest. to She needs to be training other staff and show them how to be kind and caring to every customer . We as customers need to be just as understanding to the workers that are working on the holidays and not spending time with their families to make sure we have what we need for ours. I'm sorry I didn't get her last name but I hope she gets credit for this.

Always a pleasant interaction with the employees at this Kroger location. Jackson helped me out a lot tonight and was very kind and professional!

This Kroger is generally a very nice store filled with nice people. Fresh produce usually and they have worked hard during the CO19 situation. They deserve medals of courage. If I have one complaint: when Hartselle passed a law that allowed the sale of alcohol, the store replaced entire sections of food displays with booze. It was a big change and didn't settle well with many of the customers. The store isn't that big and filling whole aisles with wine and beer in place of dairy and eggs seemed a bit extreme. I do appreciate the gas station that was added.

I'm a regular Wednesday customer. Everyone is friendly from pharmacy to stockers to cashier. New gas station and it's cashiers are great. The only drawback is the parking lot is way too small. Five businesses share about 50 spaces.

Our Thanksgiving ham, vacum sealed, we got as a gift from work last Christmas came out of the oven at 10:30. It was not fit to be served. It tasted freezer burned and not very well mariunated. I rushed to Krogers in Hartselle. Thanks to a sweet lady in the deli, that really wasn't open, she listened to my dilema. She said, " let me see what we have in the cooler" ? She rummaged around for a few minutes and produced a 3 lb pre cooked ham we could heat up and serve pretty quick! She pretty much saved the day! In my rush, I failed to get her name, but I'd Iike to say thanks!

Best gas station expirence i have ever had! The girl at the gas station helped me out when i couldnt figure out how to use the gas pump and was very nice about it, five stars!!

Friendly folks and Chase keep up the good work! You have no idea who I was and only knew little of my story. You don't know how much it means to have people like you when someone is going through such hard times! Thanks again!

Always love my local Kroger

Everyone in the store was very nice and attentive to my needs the prices were great and a gentleman took my groceries out to the car for me because I took a sick spelland that's the first time anyone has offered to do that for me at a grocery store in a very very long time so I gave them five stars and I will be going there from now on for my shopping needs

I go to Kroger's at least once a week when the sales paper comes out & find some really good deals. The store is very clean making it nice to shop there & the employees are very friendly. I always find what I need plus a little bit more.

Quick in and out,little waiting in line,store very clean,always out of drinking water in gallon jugs,great deli,not quite as cheap as walmart but plenty of self checkouts plus always at least three regular lanes running for checkout.Good store.

Always good with the exception of a couple of people I just try to stay away and will not let them wait on me i have complained and reported one person from the deli twice and I've heard others complain about this person overall I give a five star rating and give them a two because of these two very rude Kroger employees
