We have had nothing but issues w/our trash cans being spilled and left in the ditch or in our driveway so we can't get in or out on our busy road w/o having to move cans out of the way. We have had them leave us w/a broken can for 3 years that has been taped up so many times to prevent trash blowing out and all over. And now, they are leaving trash THEY spill to blow all over. (Thanks for helping keep our beautiful state clean and beautiful*sarcasm) Called them to get help and got the run around and then got nothing but a rude attitude. I didn't need the attitude, I was just asking for info and help...

I have had to have 2 trash cans replaced in the past 2 years. They need to be more efficient than what they are currently doing. Not only mine but 3 other neighbors same issue. Please resolve.

The drivers on the trucks interact well with the public. "Some" individuals in the office, not so much.

I would really appreciate it if the driver who is supposed to take care of The Bell Springs & Powell's Chapel communities would stop scattering trash everywhere, and not just fling the cans down wherever they land! I put mine where you wanted to pick it up from have the courtousy not to leave the empty in the middle of my driveway!

For the third time now, not three weeks in a row, my two garbage cans weren’t emptied again. I decided to contact the office and I was told that the driver is supposed to leave a sticky note, on the can, to explain that the cans are supposed to be 4 ft apart in order for the mechanical arms to grab them and not turn them over. I’ve not ever found a sticky note informing me of this. Now, if he can get out of his truck in order to write a note and stick it on my can, why can’t he also separate the two while he’s standing in front of them in order to go ahead and empty them? Laziness is all that comes to mind. Someone mentioned in a previous review about the courteousness of the truck drivers... not in this case. Now I know how to set me cans in the future.

I can get past the times they’ve not picked up my trash cans. The people in the office are zero help and in fact rather rude and minimal help when THEY make a mistake. They seem to go by the “not my problem” ideology and will flat out lie to your face.

For the second time I’ve called complaining of the wheels on my can the first time the dropped if form the arm it broke the wheel I called they came out and fixed it the second time the dropped it knocked the tire off the axle called told them couldn’t get it on could not pull it to the road by myself and it’s full…WELL seems we’re at a stand still they didn’t get the garbage replace the wheel it’s still full in the driveway and that’s the only trash can we have 😡 suggestion quit dropping the can sit it down!
