AT&T Store

I don’t usually rate phone stores, but this store was by far the fastest & friendliest. Thank you!!

Bought my phone from Target and was told it wouldn’t take ling to change over well I couldn’t get it to work went to Hartselle store and Jonathan helped me it took about 4 hours and he was patient and he finally got it switched over!! He was wonderful

Vada was such a great help for my daughter and I as we set up our new phones. Knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Thank you!

I have to say this was one of the easiest mobile stores to deal with. I had a question about my service and I got in and out the store relatively fast thanks to Briana who helped me. The store was clean, she was knowledgeable and very polite. I’d highly recommend visiting her and this location for all your mobile needs.

I had the best experience in this AT&T store. Gerald is a wonderful employee, and patiently waited on me and answered my many questions with a smile on his face. He even made a point to walk me to the door and open it for me. I am a happy customer!

We went to a bunch of other retail stores in search of a case and none of them were any help. AT&T had what we needed along with a great employee, Josie, who helped me find it and how to use everything we wanted!! A lot of the other stores didn’t have the nicest people working but Josie was great and helped us sooo much!

The new manager Chris knows the fundamentals of customer service, we elderly people had questions about our phones. He was very patient and knowledgeable, he talked to us in an easy to understand way. When its time for new phones we will go see Chris in Hartselle. THANKS!

The young lady was the only person in the store. She saw us drive up and got up an came and opened the door for us, greeted us and resolved our problem right away. while we were there 2 others came in and without stopping what she was doing with us she instantly greeted them an told them she would be right with them. she then thank us as we left. This was the best service I have had at any retail store in a very long time. Thank You

Austin was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all of our questions were answered and even stayed after closing to make sure we were good with all 3 of our new phones. Highly recommended going there.

Briana was great! She got me the perfect new phone! They are all so friendly there. I will go here vs Moulton any day.

I live in Decatur, but drove to Hartselle to purchase an iPhone that was not available at the Decatur store. It was definitely worth the drive! Austin was so polite and helpful that I plan to use this store in the future. Such a pleasure to be treated as a person-not just a number!

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable about what I was wanting and offered several solutions to me. He was personable and exceedingly helpful. Highly recommended!

Stopped by today to get a couple of new phones and Austin was extremely helpful and very professional. Every question we asked, he knew the answer for. Getting new phones can be a hassle, but Austin made it a pleasant experience.

Courtney did an awesome job helping me. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about what I needed. I would definitely recommend hartselle AT&T to anyone without a doubt.

Austin Orr at your Hartselle store location is AMAZING. We have been dealing with alot of people and situations since my Dad passed away 3 weeks ago. He, by far, has been the most helpful by making what could have been a very difficult thing so easy for my mom and I. His smile can brighten the room and make it seem like you are his only customer while dealing with mutliple things at a time. He is truly an asset to AT&T. So thankful for his and the rest of the staff's kindeness and willingness to help us with all of our phone, tv, and internet needs:)
