Dr. Mashburn has been our family doctor since we moved from another state eight years ago. He always listens without judgement, is fast acting when necessary, but most of all- he is someone I quite literally trust with mine and my children’s lives. He is excellent at working with and recommending specialists, and his staff makes scheduling those appointments easy. They go the extra mile.

Their office has contracted specialists, such as a sonographer that comes bi weekly, and a room for bloodwork. Many times, you don’t have to go anywhere else and you’ll get results back faster. Even though we moved out of Hartselle, we will continue to make the drive because excellent care like this is hard to find.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mashburn for 15+ years. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family doctor. He is caring, attentive, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Nurses and office staff are just as great!

Great Family doctor ! Up to date and well informed. Terrific bedside manner, really cares for his patients. . Most of my family see him and have for years. Noni is the best and so kind to my elderly parents.

Love Dr. Mashburn but his staff is horrible. My son was 10 minutes late for an appointment and they actually told him that others would be going in front of him because he was late....essentially punishing him for 10 minutes. So, an appointment that should have been at 10 am, he did not get the test done until 11:30 am. We have been seeing Dr. Mashburn for 11 years, but unfortunately we will be changing because of his horrible front office staff.

Dr mashburn is an amazing doctor but the ladies he has working the desk are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and I’ve been seeing him for 15+ Years. Really needs some better staff like that’s ridiculous and it takes several times for them to eventually answer there phones!
