Bentley's at the Outhouse

My friend had been here before and he recommended us to eat here. The place was lively with live music and a broadcast of the local teams football game. The atmosphere is fantastic with lots of room. The service was good and the wait wasn't too long. The Sweet tea was just the right sweetness level. We all ordered hamburgers, the buns are easy to hold on to, since the burgers are pretty large it all stayed together. The burger was good enough to not need any sauce and the fries were fairly good. All in all would recommend for anyone in the area.

Food was delicious and. Our serve Hailey was friendly and efficient! Even though she was busy our drinks stayed full and she was attentive to our needs. The Reuben sandwich was great and the rest of the food looked amazing.

Too bad for them, they are closing on the 18th of December 2021. The food is great and the staff was fantastic, its centrally located on Hwy 36 east ( main street east ) in downtown Hartselle. I'm really excited about this place and it's family friendly. The prices on the food and drinks are reasonable, they also have D.J. Shan man and Jacob for all of your request on Wednesday notes. They also have live music on any given day Come by and see for yourself, you will love the experience. I would rate them higher, but 5 🌟 is the most you can be but if it was possible I'd rate it a 10. Lol

Awesome atmosphere, family friendly, great food, friendly service. Lots of entertainment with kareoke on wednesdays and live local bands Friday and Saturday nights.

I had the bacon mac n cheese burger and it's literally one of the best burgers I've ever had! The fries are super crispy and the friend I ate with said the ranch tasted homemade. Our server was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I will definitely be back soon!

We had a great experience at Bentley's. We ordered the Hot Burger, the Reuben and a Chicken sandwich. We all 3 really enjoyed the food. There was a wait but that's because they don't make the food until it's ordered. To those who complain about the wait, it's worth it knowing that your food was made to order and not sitting under the heat lamps. I want to give a special shout out to the dessert of the 7 Layer Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. Oh My Goodness!!! Spectacular! We highly recommend eating here!

My husband and I love this place and eat here a few times each month. Burgers, fries, onion rings are all so good! I haven’t tried a menu item yet that wasn’t pretty tasty. Great place to have drinks with friends but still family friendly enough to bring the kids. Great little crowd on the weekends.

Bentley's is a great place to go eat on a Friday night if you want some live music. Their burgers and sandwiches are good, and the atmosphere speaks to the history of the town. The only downside right now is that it's always too loud on Friday nights. You can't enjoy talking with your family, group, etc. Service is usually quite good, though a smile wouldn't hurt anybody, and may help with tips 😉. Overall, a great place providing a great experience.

I could tell you that Bentley’s is a halfway decent burger. This would be a lie. Bentley’s is a phenomenal burger. The Mac and Cheese burger is a excellent, messy experience. The beer is cold and the staff is friendly. Don’t be put off by the unorthodox name and go there to get you a cold beer and excellent burger.

Wonderful burgers & onion rings / fries, reasonably priced. Tastes every bit as good as those grilled on family patio when I was growing up. I've not had as good a burger in the last 50+ years.

I went into the new place for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed. I even filled out an application for Line cook an kitchen help. I hope I get hired and if so, I hope they can work with me, as I have another job as a security guard in Decatur. But I would also LOVE to work at Bentleys!! Please keep me mind guys! I'm a good worker who is very conscientious. Thanks guys!

One of, if not THE best burger I've ever had. Every appetizer is great, and I've legit tried every one of them. If I didn't live close, I'd drive hours to come once a month or something. Just go already.

You have to try this new downtown restaurant in Hartselle. The atmosphere is great, and in an open airy historic building. They have kept to the rustic feel with all the modern conveniences with public wifi and TVS all around so you don't miss a game. They have a large bar serving premium cocktails and a variety of beers. You want be disappointed in the evening entertainment when available. If you are worried about the small amount of street parking don't fret, they have huge parking lot in the back of the building with a back door entrance for your convenience. Take the time to support your local businesses while getting a great meal and if you happen to be there on trivia night or the night(s) they have live music, well it's a win win.

Great atmosphere and service. Loved the pickle fries! For me the Burger was a little dry but o.k. Wish I had tried the Rachel. I will try that if ever back that way.

So happy to see a nice bar in Hartselle. Had cheese Burgers and Fries. I think the fries need to be a cut a little bigger . These fries collapsed on themselves and about half of them were too brown and crispy. Great staff, clean bathrooms and stylish decor.

This is a cool little hangout in downtown Hartselle that a lot of locals go to.

They have two pool tables, a long bar that you can sit at and watch sports or news, a stage for live bands to play at (which they have great bands booked all the time), and they have a big room for a dining area which is perfect right now for the era of covid-19.

They're drink prices are not that bad and their service is usually pretty good.

There's been a time or two in the past to where I had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink or more but they were also very busy those nights and you got two awesome bartenders who are trying to attend to 20-30 ppl at one time so I can understand completely and forgive having to wait because I'm just like anybody else and I've got to wait my turn.

They also have a really good bar food and really good restaurant food as well if you are up there drinking with the boys and get a late night craving or if you want to get full-blown dinner with your family this is an all-around place.

They also have a good size smoking area out back with some picnic tables that you can sit and still enjoy your drinks and talk at but you cannot go outside of the fence out back with your drink or you're gonna get hemmed up.

Bathrooms are usually are in pretty decent condition unless you get a bunch of people in there with some famous bands playing and a lot of ppl get to drinking then they can get a little hectic but again that's completely understandable and is pretty much gonna happen anywhere you got with a good size crowd drinking.

If you ever get the chance to stop in and have a drink or two, or you wanna grab some food , and play a round of pool you should definitely do so.
