Dr. Smith always takes time to talk to you... never makes us feel rushed. When she needs tests done, or referrals, I am contacted within a couple of days. She is very concerned about her patients and doesn't dismiss your concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Other doctors highly regard her and trust her.

I've been taking my kids to see Dr. Smith for over 5 years now and can't say a single negative thing about Dr. Smith or her staff! Hope at the front desk is absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, professional and very thorough with scheduling and follow-ups. The wait times are average, a majority of the time we're taken back to a room quickly and Dr. Smith doesn't keep you waiting and once she's in the room with you, she gives you 100% of her undivided attention! I recommend Dr. Lindsay Smith!!

I've been seeing Dr. L Smith for over 10 yrs now and i love the whole staff Dr. J. Clark has been taking good care of me & wife the whole time the staff are awesome we are in and out so fast its amazing. There's a new Dr. Cp. Katie we both love too. Hope runs the desk & she is the sweetest young lady always smiling . we moved to Ardmore Al 2 yrs ago and we still make the hour drive because there is no place like home.

Dr. Smith is the kindest and most thorough doctor I have ever been to. She makes an effort to remember her patients and their needs. She seldom has to be told anything more than one visit, she remembers things that you told her on your previous visits. There might be a wait to see her when you have an appointment, but Dr. Smith and her staff do a much better job of minimizing your wait time than almost all of the other doctors I have ever seen. I am probably one of the most difficult and stubborn patients Dr. Smith has, and she never holds that against me, and she never stops TRYING to make me healthier in any way she can. I have a hard time believing some of these negative reviews of her, especially the accusation that she was laughing about patient info with her staff. I have recently had to see Dr. Smith with a family member who I have granted HIPPA rights to, and Dr. Smith allowed her and ONLY HER anywhere near the room when she saw me.

The staff have always been polite and helpful to me. Wait times have been more reasonable than most doctor's offices. The nurse practitioners are highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Each time I've had blood work it was less painful and I was put at ease despite being uncomfortable with needles.

I’ve been going to Dr. Smith since she first opened. I have a lot of issues and she has dealt with each, effectively, efficiently and professionally. I have never experienced anything close to what some of these negative reviews are saying. But then I also treat them with respect. Treat people how you want to be treated. The office as a whole is simply amazing.

Dr. Smith has done an excellent job taking care of my toddler daughter's minor health concerns. Staff has been wonderful - they have fit my daughter in same day several times.

She is the best ever. I started going to her office after my Doctor moved off and she was able to help me with my blood pressure issues highly recommend.

Dr Smith is very precise, kind, and listens to your concerns. Some wait time, but not an unusual amount. But once you are back in the room, she doesn't leave you waiting long. Her staff are wonderful, Alecia and Julie particularly. Very kind and willing to help.

My first visit was very straight forward they took care of everything even if I had to wait a little bit. Well worth it glad I picked this efficient practice.
