We enjoyed our stay. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very well stocked and lots of choices. The room was very comfortable. Location was great. The pool and hot tub were relaxing for the end of the evening. Thank you for a great getaway.

We have been staying here for the week while my husband has training. We are so pleasantly surprised by the great experience we have had. Because my husband is a government employee, he did not have a lot of choice in picking rooms. We were expecting a king-sized bed in one of the small rooms, but we were thrilled to open our door to a spacious room with a living room and TV, and a separate bedroom with a door with two queen beds, which was totally fine with us. We have had a quiet stay, and when I needed towels and toilet paper, I called down to the front desk and they came right up. Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is good with an assortment of items like fresh waffles, hot items, cereal, breads and muffins. There is always hot coffee or tea in the lobby. We haven't used the gym or pool yet, but it's never crowded.
Our room is clean and well-stocked. Water pressure is good and tub and bathroom were very clean.
I can hear the housekeepers working during the day and they seem to work really hard.
Beds are very comfortable and there is also a TV in the bedroom with cable. We got rid of our cable, so I've been glued to CourtTV all week. There is an ice machine right outside of our door. We are near the elevator but rarely hear any hallway noise. There are vending machines near the lobby which are convenient, and just a short walk down the steps or elevator from the second floor.
Wi-Fi is great, there are computers in the lobby in a separate area as well.
We are close to many stores and good restaurants and very close to the airport, but I've only heard one plane all week.
We have been very happy here and will be here another two nights before we head home, and I'm sure it will be just as pleasant.
We have stayed at all kinds of hotels, and this was one of the nicest stays we have had. Kudos to the staff here!

I unfortunately booked the la Quinta next door to this lovely hotel. Upon arriving in my room at the other hotel there were roaches everywhere. It was late at night, I was stranded. I called everywhere, and then remembered there was a hotel next door. After speaking to The owner of Country Inn & Suites, he had one room being serviced…it wasn’t technically open that night, but out of the kindness of his heart and seeing my Situation he let me and my family rent the room. He seriously saved our vacation! His hotel is run the correct way. It’s SO SO clean, and highly highly professional. It is rare these days to come across a hotel at a affordable price that is also run with such dignity and respect for its guests. Thank you again!!!

We recently stayed at this location with friends. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and location was great! We will definitely plan future stays here.

We've been staying here the past 3 weeks. The service at the hotel is great! Two nights ago they're were guest Courtney Thompson and here family were staying in the suite beside us. Opening and slamming doors and being loud at 2 a.m.. The hotel took care of the situation the most professional way.

I had a great stay for two nights. The room was clean and well-stocked. The front desk staff were really nice about me arriving late and also needing to check out at noon unexpectedly.

The lady helping with breakfast was also very nice.

FYI, Location was difficult to turn left out of onto the main, 4-lane highway.

This hotel was great!! My family were coming from 2 different directions and met here for the weekend to celebrate my grandson's 9th birthday, Mother's Day and go to the Space and Rocket Center. We booked 2 rooms next to each other and had a great time. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was a true delight. She asked us repeatedly if we needed anything and offered to make us waffles and bring to our table anything we needed. Great location near many restaurants. The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again in the future if we are in this area.

We have stayed at 100's of hotels!!!!! The customer service here was the best we had ever had. Quincy at the front desk was the friendliest I have ever met. He held our ice cream for the kids birthday (since it was a little to big for our freezer) gave us a few spoons and bowls with out batting an eye. Like I said we have been all over the country in every line of hotels you can think of. This place was amazing and Quincy needs a raise ;)

Our weekend at this hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in on Friday Mr Lebron was very professional, polite and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Miss Jeanne who oversaw the kitchen during our stay, made sure that we had everything that we needed. During this stay I give this hotel all pros and no cons. 😀😎

The nicest people work at this hotel. At breakfast the lady even personally brought me coffee & asked what I take even though she is not wait staff. She has a kindness that fills the room. In addition- comfortable beds, pillows & quiet! Great sleep. Nice gym & pool/hot tub too. Plus free airport shuttle. Wish I came to Huntsville more often, would always stay here!!

The room was good and clean but what made this experience stand out was the exceptional customer service from Quincy. I was unintentionally needy a few times and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with anything I needed. He acted happy to do it is as well. I stay at hotels often since I travel for work and I will say that this level of service has never been matched at any hotel.

Very close to the airport, comfy room and complimentary shuttle to HSV Airport. Quincy was very effective when checking in and Milley was helpful during check out. My stay was pleasant thanks to them! Will be back soon!

My last review didn’t post, but I wanted to make sure it’s here for others to see. From the first day of my stay, Megan was a rockstar. She went above and beyond each and every time she helped me. She also makes great French toast sticks that I sure do miss in the mornings. Quincy was also amazing and treated me with nothing but care and kindness when I addressed an issue with him (Megan, too!); plus, went above and beyond when helping with any packages or deliveries, as well. Genie! I cannot forget about the dedication she put into making breakfast every morning and ALWAYS smiling or saying something to make me laugh. And, of course, housekeeping. Thank you, ladies, for always being so nice and never having a problem with cleaning my room - even on short notice. Thanks, Country Inn, for making my stay there truly remarkable and a feeling of home. Take care, everyone!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean.The property is well kept, peaceful and quiet. Everyone plays their part; from housekeeping to the front desk.
Megan and Quincy are a huge help. They are always pleasant, helpful and ready to go above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

The checkin was great.Our room was very clean, & comfortable. Good Breakfast each morning, & the Lady that took care of us , was Jeannie she was wonderful. The staff was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, & hot tub. The rates for our stay was really good.
I will go back.

Great stay staff is very nice especially the wonderful woman at the desk Mrs. Phoebe. There was a mix up in rooms and she fixed everything right away. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but of course things are dif now because of covid rules. Everything was nice and clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and hubby loved the whirlpool jacuzzi in the room. Overall we had a nice mini vacay.

Still have some remodeling going on & they coulld use a some clean up around common areas but they are pet friendly and the suites are comfortable. I am here on business for several weeks and so this was better than just a regular room, this had seperste BR & kitchenette (no stove) and living area. There may only be 1 or 2 of these type rooms here. Not sure. All in all this suited my needs better than expected.

First off I was having a horrible time with Airbnb. They flagged my purchase for a potential scam and locked me out for 48 hours. Here I am with my wife and kids and stuck unable to rent a place for the night.
Quincy (whom we'd never met prior to this engagement) the evening front desk concierge (this is the short word for magician, host, tour guide, counselor, and the friendliest employee we'd ever met at a hotel) recognized that I immediately needed to change two fussy kids diapers and needed welcoming asap, dropped his tasks and came to our aid. He let us view two different spacious rooms and pick which one we wanted for a layout and floor plan that was complimentary of the space we requested as a small family. And while I settled up business at the front he allowed my wife and children to go ahead and get comfortable in the room so she could begin our bedtime routine with the babies.

In today's climate of everybody wanting the most for the least amount I recognized his service and chalked it up to the age old saying that you cannot find this kind of service and hospitality for a dollar. Every room at this hotel is immaculate, comfortable and inviting. During our stay we did elect to choose the king suite which gave us two full size rooms so we can lay our kids down in one and have our own separate bedroom. While staying in hotels we've never had this much space for the money. We later met other staff members which all carried Quincy's same complimentary and amazingly positive attitude. So we knew we were in the right place. The only negative thing to say about this day was that it was short lived and our time flew by. I would cross town now just to stay in this hotel again and if I traveled I would look for the same hotel chain and expect five star but receive six star service.

You can train customer service all you want but it's in the character of the person on how they deliver it to you as a customer. Quincy stood out higher than most and at the time in which we needed him on a random Wednesday he was there for us.

I was not paid or coerced to make this review and it's been two days since we've left and my visit at this hotel still stands out as one of the best that I've been to.
