Mercer Insurance Associates

Mark Mercer has been my agent for decades. The thing I love the most about him is being able to directly contact him 9 times out of 10. In the rare occasion I have to leave a message, he gets back to me almost immediately. I have been able to talk to while I was at the scene of an accident and if he can't help me, he tells me exactly who to contact with phone numbers. He takes the time to talk to me on a personal level. He handles my auto insurance, condo insurance and homeowners insurance. My entire immediate family has used him and I will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable agent.
