Compassus

Compassus had my brother on service they were awesome all of the nurses who came to see him were awesome and Sharon B , Robin R social worker were right there for our family as well. He always had all the supplies he needed, always had his meds never done without anything. the family would call the staff was prompt.! our hearts were broken, all staff with compasses including office personnel were very kind and caring they have the greatest empathy for the patients and the family. they made sure my brother was comfortable and not in pain they would pray with him and the family. If we ever need an agency again it will be Compassus, I will not trust another agency with one of our family members it's Compassus for our family they go on and ABOVE the call of duty

I care for a very special lady in her home. 4 months ago, this sweet lady fell and changed life as we all knew it to be. A broken femur made her bound to her bed. She's 97 and we felt helpless and hopeless. Compassus came into our world and began doing what they do best for us.
I was stubborn. I believed Hospice meant everyone was going to try to prepare us for our lady's death. The most wonderful nurse (Tina Johnson Necessary) told me that only God will decide our end of time on this earth. She gave gave me so much comfort. She also made sure that I had the supplies I needed to keep my lady clean and comfortable. She treats me as if I'm part of the team. She told me how proud she was of me. I needed to hear those words so badly.
I told TJ that I was going to have my lady out of this bed by the next week. She said,"I believe you." Now, she is up 2 to 3 times a week!!!!! TJ got us a lift that really made it safe and easy to complete the task at hand.
Compassus has someone to talk to at every hour of the day and night. We are not alone. They keep the medication checked and order any that we need. They have people come and pray with us. They call us to ask how our lady is doing . They also ask how I'm doing. Compassus stays in close communication with the family. I rely on these wonderful people heavily.
Tina Johnson Necessary shines a very bright light for The Good Lord. It takes a very special kind of person to turn a nursing job into a ministry for a broken and desperate family. I thank God for her.
There is another nurse named Tiffany who made life so much easier as well. I wish I could remember her last name. I thank God for her ,too. Jo Ann and Jackie. There are so many! What a great bunch of people!!!!

The whole crew is just the best.Emma,TJ,Robbin and Sharon are a cut above the rest.

The people are nice, but the service is terrible, they don't call in ALL scripts in after they say they will, been 2 days,since they knew 2 was needed,only got one,still nothing !!! weekend answering service don't do you one bit of good supplies ran out nobody came need bandages sponges etc ,for 3 day old procedure, called and called and called,still nobody comes !! This is a sad shame as if family are not going through enough that the patient is neglected is just plain wrong period..yall need better weekend services ,they most certainly are NOT available 24 hrs a day only time is Monday thru Friday 8-5 !!!!

Very poor service and horrible experience. Will never use this company again, not even to feed a dying animal. There is no cohesion and everyone we’ve had contact with seems quite inept. I urge anyone to research, research, research before employing Hospice Compassus’ service.
