As you can see, I rushed in right before closing, but they did not hesitate and it took all of maybe 10 minutes to get my order. I noted right away, in the first taste. they do not use MSG. I would like to return & try the Dragon and the Phoenix, & some of the other spicier specialities. The prices are excellent for the size of the portions. Wonton soup had an impressive number of substantially large wontons- 8 for the Qt. All the dishes pictured were the large size, and the main courses had a generous portion of very perfectly cooked (still slightly crispy)
Vegetables with an excellent variety. Plenty of shrimp and chicken as far as that went too.
The one thing, that was a tiny bit missing was some green slices of onions in the fried rice, or perhaps some little bits of carrot. The rice looked slightly naked.

A Really superlative Chinese, well priced restaurant hidden away here in the mountains of W.V. I'm from the west coast of USA with huge Asian restaurant choices, & have lived in Asian countries. This is TopNotch!!!

Don't judge a book by its cover. The waiting area appears to be leaving in luster, but their food definitely goes above and beyond. This is the only place we will eat Chinese in a 20+ mile radius!

My favorite Chinese take-out since moving to West Virginia. Consistently good food, friendly staff and fast service. Can't recommend enough!

Never had it before, but tried the chicken almond ding and it was amazing. Large portions and average price. Additionally everything is not cooked to mush or the protein to jerky consistency- like most of the local restaurants.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. It honest was the best Chinese food I've had since moving to Bluefield over a year ago. We tried Tray King in bluefield but it was terrible. We thought thats how all the Chinese food places around here were gonna be but man were we wrong. The only sad part about this experience was the fact we waited so long to try it out. We will definitely be back.
The General Tsos Chicken was pretty good although the pieces were a bit small and there was too much batter, and the Singapore Mai Fun was pretty solid beside there only being 2 or 3 shrimp in the entire dinner order.

We got 4 full dinner size family meals and an order of the chicken on a stick and the total came out to less than $45. Absolutely amazing value for like 10 pounds of food.

This is the best restaurant in the county, maybe even the state. The food is always fresh made to order and they give very large generous portions. I've never had a bad meal from here and I eat it often. The only way the the other chinese restaurants in town even compete is by having buffet. This restaurant has no buffet. Everything is made when you order it. You may have to wait 15 minutes for your order to be prepared. If you want Chinese food in Mercer county, this is the place.

We got a pupu platter (appetizer sampler plate). Fantastic! The restaurant is busy, but that is because it tastes great! We will eat here again on our way to visit family.

The orders are almost always ready in 15 minutes. So far anything ordered from the lunch menu has been good. I have not ordered from the dinner menu. The prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly.

Just ate here for the first time and I'll definitely be back again!!!! The BEST egg rolls I've ever had in my life! HUGE!! The portions are incredible too. My Dinner Special had to weigh almost 3 pounds. Worth every penny. 3 of us ate for under $25

The food at Hong Kong is really good and I love the people there. It's one of my go to places if I need dinner and have no time to cook.

Literally the best Chinese in town. I eat here very often. I have for years now! The food is always made to order. Service is friendly. Extremely fair price for the amount of food you get. As far as I know, there is no dine in. I suggest trying the orange chicken chefs special, or the mixed vegetables in brown sauce!

The best Chinese food around. They make everything to order with great portions. I used to work there and I still eat there regularly so that should tell you something. Very kind people run the restaurant. Prices are very good. No one can beat them

The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The food was wonderful and the portions generous. I will definitely order from this restaurant again the next time I am in Princeton.

This place is great. I've been eating at this establishment for years. I moved from the area a couple years back but I still make the trip to get the egg rolls and sesame chicken. This is the benchmark I use to judge all other chinese takeaway places.

Been eating here all my life and the food has and allways been delicious and consistent, price is great for the portion size we get 4 meals out of 10$ here

I just moved back to Princeton from Florida and I remember this place used to be called Chinese Kitchen and it was good. When my partner suggested we have Chinese food last night I decided to head there, only to find it had changed to Hong Kong. We decided to give it a try and I'm glad we did. We ordered General Tso's chicken, Orange chicken, fried dumplings and egg rolls. We were taking out and decided to sit and wait for our food. The restaurant offers free hot tea while you wait or dine in. The place is small, 4 tables I believe, but it was a friendly, happy environment to be in. We got our food in about 10 minutes despite there being a line of people ordering and calling in. The food was fresh and delicious. I was really surprised when we got home and began eating. The egg rolls are huge, piping hot and taste fantastic. The dumplings were made perfectly and the sauce for them was really good too. You can really taste the sweetness of the ginger and a little kick from pepper. I had the Orange chicken. My plate was overflowing and everything had been made to order. I like spicy food and had them make it a little more spicy and that they did. We both had dinner specials and we got so much food that I get to enjoy it again today for lunch. My partner laid into the General Tso's chicken. I tried to have a conversation during dinner, but apparently his was so good that all he could do was hum music while in Chinese food heaven. He also can put away food. He likes to eat so I was really shocked when he wasn't able to finish his plate. There's leftovers for both of us today. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She was attentive to our needs and didn't miss a single detail. This is going to be my go-to Chinese restaurant from now on. I'm really glad we decided to go ahead an order from there despite it not being what I remember. I'm going to be ordering from there frequently and I urge anyone else who wants some really good Chinese takeout from some friendly folks to try the place. You won't leave disappointed.
