I went here to see Chrissy for years, but this last time I went, I asked for burgundy and got dark purple/almost black. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was still charged full price. Also both of my daughters had their hair dyed (underneath) by Savannah, and both are faded out in less than 2 weeks. All of this was about $400 wasted! I’m disgusted and won’t be back.
