Bucha Brewhouse & Bistro

Enjoyed a serene lunch with my sister. The food was fabulous, as was the lemonade. The place, including the restroom, was spotless, and smelled nice. The place was easy on the eye, with pretty, colorful fabric decor, and lovely wooden booths and tables/chairs options. Our young server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Her friendly attitude calmed our busy minds, and we were made to feel at home. We will be back, this time with our husbands.

Met a couple of friends here for a lunch meeting and this is my new place!!! The coconut lavender lemonade is unbelievable!! The quinoa was warm and inviting, the roasted vegetables were tasty and inspiring, and the ambiance was AMAZING!! Our appetizer was incredible!! The shop was clean and decorative…a fun, eclectic mix of old and new. The booth was comfortable, and our waitress was simply delightful!! I will DEFINITELY be back, and already planning it for SOON! Kudos!!!

Delicious food. Excellent service. Yummy desserts. Our favorite restaurant in Princeton! We have food sensitivities so it’s been amazing to find such great selection and knowledgeable staff to dine out for our family. Must try the kombucha, kale salad and paninis! The cupcakes are amazing (and gluten/dairy free!)

The food here was delicious! We were skiing at Winterplace and were excited to find a restaurant serving a gluten free and vegan menu. The paninis and soup were amazing but were overtaken by the array of fabulous desserts!! I didn’t know there were so many delicious options out there for us. The owner and head chef was so inviting and seemed to put a lot of love into her food.

This is a must stop .... even if you do not have a gluten allergy. The food was awesome. I got the panini (meatball and roasted chicken), just wow, fantastic. Also got the blackberry kombucha... homemade and done well...I would definitely recommend. Overall the prices are solid and reasonable...if you are passing through, take the extra 5 minutes & drive down to this locally owned eatery.

All food is made "in house" and gluten free and in a GF environment.

They also sell gluten free bread...got a whole loaf to go.

Stop by and support local ... Local is what built this country.

The service is great. Our waitress was so sweet and friendly and the atmosphere is great. It’s an incredibly unique little place. The food and drinks are also unique so it definitely calls for multiple visits to try everything this place has to offer!!

I am here in Princeton visiting my daughter and family. I don’t eat gluten, my daughter doesn’t eat dairy and one of my granddaughters is both gluten and dairy free. Bucharest Brewhouse met our needs! The food and service are great!

Went here for lunch and they had talented live music. Their kombucha was great- we tried the espresso flavor and it was some of the best I've ever had. They have super fresh salads and gluten free cupcakes too. Stop in if you can!

Our whole family is Celiac and we travel through the area several times a year. Everything was just delicious. I had the chicken panini and loved it. Family had spaghetti and flatbread pizza as well as tomato basil soup. We will make this our go to on every trip from now on! Wish we had this back home in MI.

Excellent food and healthy choices makes the Bistro a welcomed alternative to corporate fast food. Locally grown farm fresh produce is a key ingredient in thier weekly menu. Vegan as well as meat lover items are offered. If you haven't eaten here yet, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Wonderful food with great prices! It's so nice to have a place that someone with both wheat and dairy allergies can eat! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Came in on a saturday evening, was greeted quite warmly and felt most invited. The kombucha was top notch, spaghetti marinara was heavenly and the lemon bundt cake was the perfect way to end it. Prices are exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

A really good little Kombucha spot in WV. They have really good kombucha, tasty lemonade, and delicious food. I recommend the pesto chicken panini. Slap the blueberry balsamic on a side salad and you got yourself a well rounded meal. Great service too.

This restaurant has the best kombucha I have ever had and there is something for everyone. The food is delicious, healthy, everything is made fresh and in house. Gluten free, Gluten-free! I’m not usually a kombucha fan but store owner Kayla offered a sample to taste. The raspberry lemon kombucha really won me over; not too sweet, but flavourful, crisp, tart and healthy! The food at Bucha was also a delight. I had a dip sampler for an appetizer (the goat cheese dip paired with the blueberry jam; yummm) and a roasted chicken panini for my main! My tummy was happy and Kayla went out of her way to adhere to my needs. Definitely try this place if you are on Mercer Street in Princeton, WV!

The Chicken Pot Pie soup was amazing. First time I ever tried Kombucha. I am not a coffee drinker but the Coffee flavored Kombucha was amazing! This is my new favorite place to eat in the Princeton-Bluefield area. Mark and Kayla are awesome.

Consistently amazing and fresh food. I have eaten here multiple times and the food is always high quality and delicious. The deserts and kombucha are also very good.

Great food at a good value with friendly service. This restaurant is a great find. The menu is mostly paninis, salads and soups. All the baked goods are gluten free. The kombucha is very good too

Stopped by here for an early dinner on our way home from vacation. It was fantastic! Loved that it was gluten free and healthy! We loved it and so did the kids!
