Dick Copeland Town Square

Great little place on Mercer street. It is always clean, a few places to sit, and used for many different local events. No restrooms on the property, but library and gas station are super close if needed. Always love the arts painted on the walls when I go through the street.

Went to town for New Year's. It was ok it had a couple events and good music. We watched the ball drop and fireworks for the new years. Was too cold to be outside at around 4 degrees.

A lovely community park where they blast outrageously loud, often christian themed, live music.....Before noon, every weekend, all summer. If you work nights, aren't a Christian, or just enjoy sleeping in on the weekends, I would recommend sleeping well out of earshot. Stay within walking distance tho because it really is lovely when not aggressively waking you up.
