Lakewood Dental Trails

Just moved to Temple from North Texas and was hoping to find a dental office like had at home. Bingo! Lakewood Trails Dental Office was that office and more! Hailey my dental hygienist was awesome, personable as well as professional. Dr. Kearns came in and did my checkup and made we aware of things to keep track of. Overall great staff, great Doctor. Great dental office!!!

I had to go for a tooth extraction, which is never a fun or good day. The staff was so friendly and understanding. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. The dentist was super sweet and gentle. She was very detailed in explaining everything to me. I will definitely be going back for routine dental care.

Fabulous experience! I established as a new patient and was able to get x-rays and a cleaning done day 1. Zoe was my hygienist and was sweet, friendly, and best of all, a total perfectionist. Also love Dr Kern! Already scheduled my six month follow up. What a phenomenal dental practice.

I was greeted in a timely manner. Lee, the hygienist explained each step that was going to take place. I was very comfortable with addition of the pillow and blanket that were offered. Lee cleaned my teeth thoroughly and adjusted her hands and my head so that she could get the job done with me being comfortable. Dr Kern, looked at my records, X-rays, teeth, and made suggestions as to what needs to be done next with respect to my immediate and long term care. In other words, options were given. The receptionist also explained payment options and scheduled my follow up appointment before I left that coordinated with my schedule and needs. - THANKS Lakewood Dental Trails.

I had a wonderful first time experience at Lakewood Dental Trails! Lindsey was my hygienist and she was amazing! She answered my questions and did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. I’ve never had such a great cleaning experience to be honest. Lindsey also had a student with her who took my X-rays and did a wonderful job! I could tell Lindsey was a great teacher with how she spoke to the student and helped her help me! The office in general is clean, organized, and welcoming! I plan to make all future appointments there for both myself and my family!

Had a great experience as a new patient/client. I usually avoid the dentist at all costs, but they made me feel at ease and allowed me to take breaks when I needed. My teeth are clean and I made new friends!

Hardly any wait to be seen for my cleaning. I had a different hygienist than last time and she was just as wonderful! Very friendly and made me feel like she was truly interested in me. Hardly a wait for Dr Kern who is friendly and made sure I had no questions. Great experience!

I had my first visit here and I'm still in awe of the customer service, compassion, and staff that have gone above and beyond for me. I started with an emergency visit that they turned into a check up after I was cleared from what I thought was the problem. NOT ONLY did they completely rearrange my appt for me, the hygienist fit me in later that day for the cleaning portion of my exam. Dental visits make me pretty anxious, so the beautiful lobby with the calming music, the beautiful/welcoming faces, and the reassurance was so appreciated. I'm grateful to have found my new dental home!

I have had really bad experience in the past with other dentists, as far as developing really bad anxiety to where I’ve had to be sedated for cleanings. I was really nervous going in to Lakewood for the first time, but they really reassured me and kept me calm the entire time. I would highly recommend if you have ever experienced anxiety with dentist. The staff was great as well and explained everything so clearly and in detail.

I have gone here multiple times and had a couple different hygienists. They’re always nice but specifically today I had Zoe. She was kind and attentive and walked me through what she was doing which I appreciated. Highly recommend. 😁

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienists to Dr. Kern treated us amazing! My 3 year old son had an appt after me and he was already having a horrible morning when we arrived. His “threenager” attitude had kicked in and he did not want to be there, but the two dental hygienists that greeted us were super patient and helpful. They got him settled in with a stuffed animal and some toys and I was able to sit in the chair and get my teeth cleaned while he played. They DID NOT make me feel like I was a burden because of my unpredictable toddler and I greatly appreciate that!
Dr. Kern was amazing as always and very patient with my son!
They were even able to get my son’s teeth cleaned and looked at which is major progress from the previous time we went.
Overall, I am grateful for the compassionate and caring team at Lakewood Dental Trails who know just how to make a mother and her son feel welcome and cared for.

Jezz it's been a long time since I have seen a dentist a bad wisdom tooth drove me in .
Zoe was so sweet and helpful can't wait to get back and get all the care my teeth need.

I have severe anxiety about visiting the dentist. Lindsay is the only reason I’m able to come back for cleanings. He is the the best hygienist. She always puts me at ease and explains everything simply and concisely. Makes a world of difference!

The staff was exceptional during my exam. Though not much was found, their friendly and helpful demeanor was very much appreciated! I have always had a high opinion of the staff here and this visit only added to it!
